Eric Roberts shows how to fix strength imbalances between your arms. Use a weight your weaker side can handle for both sides. After it fails, rest 10-15 seconds and do 2-5 more reps with just the weaker side to catch it up faster.
Hello, hello, it's me.
Are you good? How are you? I'm good, what is up?
If one side of your body is stronger than the other, here's exactly what you're gonna do to fix it. First, don't use a heavier weight on the side that is stronger because this will just make it worse. Instead, pick a weight that you can do for your weaker side. Use that same weight for both sides. And then here's the secret. Once your weaker side can't do any more, drop the weights, wait about 10 to 15 seconds, pick the weight back up for your weaker side, and then do an extra 2 to 5 reps. This will strengthen your weaker side faster to have it match the strong side. And that's how you fix a muscle imbalance.
