7 strange signs your calorie deficit is actually working. Number 1, if before you go to bed, your stomach is a little bit growling and hungry. Number 2, when you get done a meal, you're not all the way full and you could probably still eat a little bit more. Number 3, if you have a headache the first week or 2 you start, that's usually your body detoxing from the sugar and just a bunch of junk food and alcohol you've been drinking. Number 4, if you start taking a poop 1 to 2 times per day, means you're probably eating more high fiber, good digesting foods. Number 5, if you're finding it harder to get up and go get your walks in when otherwise you would normally want to. Number 6, if you're noticing your face look a bit less bloated or your jeans are feeling different around your thighs. Those places normally change first before your stomach. And number 7, if your scale is trending down, that doesn't mean your scale won't spike up, it will, and it doesn't mean your scale won't stall out, it will, but if it's trending down, then your calorie deficit is working.
