In this personal monologue, Eric Roberts reveals that three months ago he began testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) after experiencing severe fatigue, low mood, poor workout recovery, and other health issues despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Blood tests showed his testosterone was at the low end of the normal range for his age (29). After starting TRT, he reports dramatic improvements: increased energy, clearer cognition, better workouts and recovery, higher productivity, and a rise in libido. He emphasizes that he is not a medical professional, advises viewers to obtain professional blood work before considering hormone therapy, and points to a longer podcast episode where he discusses the topic in depth. He also clarifies the video is unsponsored and purely personal.

I've been keeping a pretty big secret, and at first I was ashamed or scared to share it. But if this can help at least one person, that's what I want to do. 3 months ago, I started taking TRT, testosterone replacement therapy. And before you go and judge, I just ask you to watch the whole video. In the beginning of 2025, I started to have some pretty serious health issues for me. I was tired and low energy all of the time. Like, I couldn't get through my day without a 3-hour nap. That was on top of sleeping 8 hours per night. My mood was absolutely terrible. My mental health was going to shit. My workouts weren't good. I was not recovering well, and I was miserable. And what was even more frustrating was I do all of the healthy things. I maintain a healthy body fat percentage. I get good sleep. I don't drink alcohol or do drugs. I eat good quality nutrition. I eat high protein. But nothing seemed to work. And it wasn't until I got my testosterone levels checked that I found out I was on almost the lowest end of the healthy range. And yes, I'm only 29, but it was bad. So I made the decision to start taking TRT, and within the first couple of weeks, it was no joke life-changing for me personally. I had way more energy. I didn't feel as much brain fog or lack of motivation. I didn't feel the need to take a 3-hour nap during the day. My workouts were better. I was recovering better. I was more productive in my work. My libido was up, just being honest. Now, I'm not saying you should go start taking TRT or any hormone replacement for that matter, but I do think if you're doing a lot of healthy things but still don't feel the way you know you should, at the very least, go get your blood work done with a medical professional and they can guide you on what is going to be best for you because there are pros and cons. But I just couldn't see myself living life like I was living earlier this year, and I'm super grateful that I made the decision to do this. I am not a doctor. This is not medical advice, but I did do an entire podcast on this as well where I go super in-depth into everything. You can comment the word podcast below if you want to check it out. And also, this is not any sort of sponsored post. I have no affiliation to anything. I'm just making this because how much it changed my life personally.
