Tastes good like soul food. Does anyone else hate people on social media with wooden chopping boards? Listen, you can fucking have both. Yes, you should be eating nutrient-dense whole foods, but that doesn't mean you can't also enjoy some foods that might not be as healthy for you in moderation. In fact, I'd argue not over-restricting and completely cutting out these foods is actually mentally healthier. For you because you're not going to give yourself a fucking eating disorder thinking some Rice Krispies or a delicious chocolate ball is gonna fucking kill you. Trust me, the stress of trying to cut out all of these foods will kill you much faster than just enjoying a nice bowl of the world's best cereal.
