If you have carbs before your workout, you're going to have more energy. If you have carbs and protein after your workout, you are going to help your muscles recover better. If you have fiber for breakfast, you'll have sustained energy throughout the day. And if you have fiber and protein throughout the day, you'll be much more full and have way less cravings. If you snack on fruit in between your meals, you're going to be more full. If you have diet soda with some of your meals, automatically gonna store fat and die. I'm kidding, it's zero calories and it's way better than regular soda. And if you eat a big-ass salad at dinner, you'll have much less nighttime cravings.
