If you want abs, watch this. This exercise is called a cable crunch. It does something called spinal flexion. This is where you round your back, bringing your rib cage closer to your belly button. This works your ab muscles that you can actually see. The key is to not let your hips go backwards and to try to get stronger and add weight over time. Your ab muscles are a muscle just like any other one, so don't just do a bunch of reps. And last, you need to be at a low enough body fat percentage to see your ab muscles, and you do that through eating in a calorie deficit. And if you need to know what your calorie deficit number is, click this link in my bio to use my free calorie deficit calculator.
