This sucks and it's annoying, but it will help you lose fat faster. You know by now you have to eat in a calorie deficit to lose weight. But the issue is when most people think about that, all they think about is their calorie intake. What foods and how many calories are they eating? But remember, a calorie deficit means you're eating less calories than what your body burns. So you can either eat less or burn more. And one of the best ways to burn more calories without increasing your appetite or increasing your cortisol is by doing low-intensity zone 2 cardio after you lift weights. A great example would be 15 to 30 minutes on an incline treadmill walk. And I know by the time you get done your workout, you probably just want to leave and go home. But if you work out 3, 4, 5 days a week, and after every session you do even just 15 minutes of incline treadmill walking, that's hundreds of extra calories you could be burning to help you be in a calorie deficit to lose fat faster. So try it out. And if you need to know exactly how many calories you should be eating per day, click the link in my bio to use my free calorie calculator.
