If you want a stupendous shoulder exercise, well, look no further, my friend. I got you. It's going to be these chest-supported side lateral raises. And the reason these are so great are because they help build the side part of your shoulder, which is the part that makes your shoulder pop so much. And then number 2, since you have the chest support here, you can get some extra stability, which is then going to allow you to overload the muscle you are trying to work that much more. Keep a soft bend in your elbows and simply just try to think about pushing your hands out to the corner of the walls in front of you. Do not think about leading with your hands because that's going to make you have your hands go above your elbows. I want you to just think about pushing out and leading with your elbow and leading with your pinky.
