When you do bent-over rows with an overhand grip, you are going to work more of your upper back. When you do rows with an underhand grip, you are going to work more of the side of your back. If you do chest press on a flat bench, you're going to work more of your middle to lower chest. If you do chest press at an incline, you're going to work more of your upper chest. When you do a bicep curl with your palm up, you're working more of your bicep. And when you do bicep curl with your hands neutral, you're working more of your forearm. When you do shoulder flies bent over out to the side, you're going to work the back of your shoulders. Finally, when you do burpees— just kidding, fuck those things.
