No biscuit alone. No biscuit alone. No biscuit alone. On rest days, you should be doing one of 3 things. First, cardio, but not just any cardio. Low-intensity zone 2 cardio where you do not elevate your heart rate. This would be incline walking or a light zone 2 cardio run. Second, mobility work and stretching. So if you're having back pain, do hip mobility. If you're having shoulder pain, do shoulder mobility. And this makes sure you recover and can keep lifting without injury. And number 3, actually just rest. You should still walk and get your daily steps, but use it to, God forbid, be with your family, chill out, meal prep. You don't need to live your entire life in the gym. Rest days are very important to your long-term progress, so do not skip them.
