Mike Michalowicz explains the Fix This Next advisor program, a coaching credential that uses a proprietary toolkit to identify a business owner's single biggest problem. Unlike traditional coaches with preset agendas, Fix This Next advisors help entrepreneurs see what they can't see themselves because they're too close to the work.
You ever meet someone and tell them you're a coach? And then they're like, oh, my uncle's a coach too. Oh, my God. The term coaching has become so bastardized, so generic. Everyone and their mother and apparently their uncle is a coach. Well, no more. That's why I started Fix this Next specifically for coaches who want to become Fix this Next advisors. This is a toolkit that allows you to go into a client and pinpoint their specific problem. Now, traditional coaching is if you're a sales coach, you go in with your sales agenda. If you're a HR coach, you go in with their staffing capabilities and services and tools. As a Fix this Next coach, you'll have a very specific strategy and tool that distinguishes you from everyone else because you'll be able to pinpoint the challenge of the client. I'm Mike Michalowicz. I'm the author of Fix this Next. I've been privileged now to be a small business author for over 12 years. I've written books like Profit First, Clockwork, the Pumpkin Plan. My newest book, the book I'm most proud of, is Fix this Next. I developed a strategy to pinpoint the challenge entrepreneurs have. My books have been Translated in over 20 languages. I've spoken most of the countries, it seems, in their modern world. And I've consulted personally with countless entrepreneurs. I have found the biggest challenge entrepreneurs have is knowing what their biggest challenge is. And the problem is they can't find it on their own. They're too much in the forest. They can only see the trees. They need an outside expert, an advisor to guide them to their biggest challenge and hold them accountable to the resolution. That's why I want to invite you to become a Fix this Next advisor. Because with my tool set and our work together, we can pinpoint what your client's challenges are and fix it. The best part too is you're going to stand out. You're not a standard coach anymore.
