You are The President of Auth0, one of the most incredible companies in technology. You were formerly the Chief product officer at Auth0. Before that you were the SVP of product at DigitalOcean. You have had an incredible career. For someone who is frankly trying to be a leader and have a career path like you, what leadership advice would you give?
I think what has worked for me is I. I'm incredibly curious and. And so the reason why I attribute my success over multiple years, different industries and companies, is that I'm really curious. And so I make sure that I learn everything from the ground up. And in a lot of these kind of companies or spaces I've been in, I wasn't an expert. I've kind of come in as an outsider. But because of my curiosity, I've been able to become an expert. And so I think that has really worked for me. It's one thing to ask your teams to do something, and it's another to do it yourself. And so I think curiosity is kind of important. And that has kind of helped me, you know, traverse so many different types of industries and companies. And that kind of continues to fuel, you know, that will continue to fuel any future growth for me too.
