In this monologue, the speaker explains how the body heals through a four-stage process once it receives the specific minerals it needs, which can be identified via hair analysis (e.g., calcium, magnesium). The body first gathers sufficient energy, then breaks down dysfunctional elements such as viruses, bacteria, and irregular cells, followed by a cleansing phase to eliminate these broken-down components, and finally a rebuilding phase to restore healthy tissue. The speaker emphasizes that the healing stages require substantial energy, so reducing stress and allowing the body to accumulate energy is crucial. Patience is advised because individuals often feel worse before feeling better, but most people notice improvement within about a month, after which the improvement is permanent. The overall message is that proper mineral intake, energy management, and patience enable a complete, lasting healing cycle.

Feeling better is something that happens, I can't tell you when, but, but here's what happens with the body. When it starts taking in minerals that it prefers, that would be your calcium, your magnesium, all of those nutrients that we know that we need, but we don't know how much of it we need. And when we can tell by the hair analysis what you need in particular, you start to take those in with your food. And as that occurs, it displaces all of the toxins and chemicals and goes through a healing process. That healing process is 4 stages. The first stage is going to be gathering energy. Your body knows how much energy each of those things that it needs to heal is. Just like when you're done with your day, you know what's left at the table. You know how much energy it's going to take to do it. You know how much time it's going to take to do it. Your body knows the same thing. So it has a priority. It knows what it needs to do first. It gathers enough energy. And then when it gets to 100% of gathering up of all that energy, it starts the process of healing and does not stop And when it's done, that healing is gone and done forever. Then it moves on to the next stage. So the healing process, the first stage of course is going to be gathering energy. The second stage is breaking down what isn't working. That's the viruses, the bacterias, the cells that are irregular. The body's going to then get rid of them, and that's the third stage of process, and that's when you need to clean things out. The fourth stage is rebuilding. Those last 3 stages, they take an awful lot of energy. And the whole point is we reduce the stress, we allow it to gather the energy it needs to, to go through the healing. And this is where patience comes in. So that's the 4 stages of healing you can anticipate. And however soon you can feel better— most people feel better within the first month, but I'm not guaranteeing that because you're going to feel worse before you feel better. But once you feel better, you feel better permanently. Thank you.
