So how many supplements are needed on a program and why? It's a common question. A lot of people see the recommendations and they do a little freaking out. And let's go through some explanations to find out why. And if it works for you, great. If not, that's fine too. I just want to let you know that the first time that I was introduced to a program that required Hmm. 5 different supplements, I think it was, twice a day. I freaked out and I says, no way I'm ever taking that many pills. And then things progressed worse until finally I was introduced to the program that I now created the Reveal out of. And it was way more many supplements, but it actually worked. So if I could just create a single tablet for you and put your name on it and say, Here's your supplement and take that once a day. That'd be great, but it would also be very expensive and we wouldn't be able to change up the supplement program as we go. So it has to be versatile, it has to be flexible, and it has to be easily accessible. And also specific. Remember, we're testing your hair for the chemical makeup and the metabolism of your body. It's all about the relationship with minerals. So we're not just looking at drugstore multivitamins here. We're looking at minerals that have to be delivered with your food. So yes, you take them with your meals, and there's a framework around all of that that I teach you and I share with you how to do that. And these supplements, you're gonna be taking somewhere between 7 and 9 different supplements depending on your hair test results. And so again, this is all based on your personal hair test results, what you need to heal yourself, what your body needs as far as resources in order to go through and go into those 4 stages of healing. That's what this is all about. So you have your supplements that you take in the morning with your breakfast or your first meal of the day. You have your midday dosage, and then you have your evening dosage. And part of the process of onboarding to this program is a steady incline in those. We never ever Want to introduce all of the supplements all at once into the body because it's too much of a shock. And if for some reason your body's resistant to taking all of those with every meal, we can then stop the process early and see where your body is done absorbing. You don't want to push it beyond its limitations, otherwise it stresses you out, and that's not the point of the program. The point of the program is to reduce stress and allow healing. That is really the foundation of the So how many supplements is it? 7 to 9 different kinds. Out of those 7 to 9 different kinds, you could be taking 1 or 2 of each of those kinds with every meal, or I should say up to 3 meals in a day depending on how often you decide that you want to eat. So I hope that answers the question about how many supplements. Don't know what your body's going to be willing to absorb, and I'll tell you my personal story. is I tried for a good 6 months to take all 3 doses, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, throughout the day, and I found that my body was healing so quickly that I was no longer productive in the day. I was constantly healing, healing, healing. So I found myself up and then down, and up and then down, and I found the sweet spot for me was 2 doses a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. And at 75 to 95 percentile on the food outline, or the food Program, along with taking the supplements twice a day, I still made fantastic progress and I was able to have the energy to be productive in the day. So I hope that gives you an idea of flexibility. Here's the other thing. If you decide that, hey, I want to be able to take all 3 doses, but I don't want to split them up into the 3 different meals in the day, I've been able to get great success by splitting them up between your morning and your evening. So you can take the same amount of supplements and split them up. And just remember this, that we're supposed to get our minerals from our food, right? So we don't wanna take all of them at breakfast. I've had some people try that and it just causes stomach troubles, and it's not the way that we bring minerals into the body anyways. We bring it in slowly, gradually throughout the day and over different meals. So the minerals that we use to supplement our already healthy diet, right, that's the idea, we're supplementing the already healthy diet, Those are given with their food and the food helps deliver it into the body and the body then takes it and processes it. Okay, so that's how the supplements work. That's going to give you an idea of the overall total volume. And I think that's it.
