Jennifer Urezzio interviews Eva Vennari - spirituality, health, and Chinese Face Reading.

In this interview, host Jennifer Urezzio talks with holistic health practitioner Eva Vennari about her comprehensive approach to aligning physical and spiritual health. Vennari explains how she uses hair mineral analysis to identify mineral deficiencies and toxic metal loads, then creates personalized supplement protocols and an 8‑month coaching program that includes bi‑weekly check‑ins, a “health desk” for real‑time support, and regular re‑testing. She contrasts this “feminine” listening‑based method with the more “masculine” symptom‑targeting approach common in conventional medicine, emphasizing the importance of letting the body’s innate healing mechanisms work while providing the right nutrients. The conversation also covers practical details of collecting a hair sample, how the spectrometer analysis works, and how supplement plans are tailored and adjusted over time. Vennari highlights the connection between physical detoxification, emotional trauma release, and metaphysical healing, noting that unresolved emotional patterns can manifest as physical symptoms. She mentions additional services such as Chinese face reading to assess organ health. The interview ends with contact information (theelevateinstitute.com) and an invitation for listeners to reach out for a free 20‑minute consultation.

Hello, Renegades. It's Jennifer, and I love to introduce you to new people because I like to meet new cool people. So if there's any new cool people you want me to meet, set us up. But today we're talking with Eva Vennari, and we are talking about really, like, getting really serious about realigning our health. And she does some really cool stuff. And I think it's, you know, it's really important. I think so many of us focus on the spiritual side that we forget that we have this vehicle and that the spirit and the body are attached. And, uh, it's really important to align both aspects and really treat the vehicle for our soul with deep compassion, love, and good fuel. So welcome. How are you?
I'm so excited to be here. Thank you, Jennifer.
I'm good.
Yeah, really good.
So, and kind of, you do this really amazing thing where you take a comprehensive view of, actually by analyzing hair, of someone's well-being, and then you create, in my verbiage, a protocol for them to really get their optimum amount of health. And that just doesn't include supplements. Like, that includes the whole nine yards.
Yeah. But it starts there because we are definitely physical beings. And you're right. Like when you set the tone for it's our vehicle, you know, I see that as what's the temple, right? If it's not well maintained and we can't be good stewards of it, how are we ever going to fully receive all of our blessings and spiritual messages that we're supposed to that help us guide our way through owning a business? Like, we need that.
Yeah. And I think so often introverts, which most renegades are, are, are so, uh, internal that A, they don't ask for help, B, that they're also so super, you know, strength and strong that they kind of power through a lot of those things. So I'll give you a very tangible example for me. So, um, I used to get— when I would get a fever, I used to get a fever That would literally feel like I was being pulled apart from the inside out.
Wow.
So pain, so much pain. And so I said to my energetic doctor, I was like, yeah, well, isn't that normal? And he goes, no, that's really not normal to get a fever like that. And I was like, oh, because I've gotten a fever like that for most of my life because when I was 17, I got Lyme disease. So that was kind of a little leftover of the Lyme, right? That's the way I was currently suffering with the Lyme. Now we realign that. And when I get a fever now, I don't have the ripping apart like I used to. Like, it's a fever and it's not comfortable, but it's not like that was where I would be like praying, just like, just let me die.
This is why these conversations are so important because the more that we can be transparent with each other and say, this is my experience. And then we can get a gauge for what others are experiencing and decide, am I inside or outside of the lines of what's considered normal? And I know there's a big stigma around the word normal, but there's that part of the conversation, right?
Yeah, there's optimal factory settings, right? Like, we want those optimal factory settings. And January of this year, January 4th, like the Like, I should have realized, like, the 4th day into the new year, I was like, oh my God, this year sucks. I should have realized. But so I, I went to a gynecologist appointment and they're like, well, everything's fine, but after you leave here, we really think that you should go to the emergency room because your blood pressure is so high. We're afraid you're gonna die. Like, that's the way they said it. I was like, okay. Right. So, you know, I went to the emergency room. It was like 190 over something. Like, they're— look, the doctors are looking at each other like, she gonna die? Like, yeah, a little white coat syndrome. But like, it was high. So, and I kind of knew— shame on Jen— but I kind of knew for at least a year that it was higher than it should be. Like, I had that feeling. And I just let it go and let it go and let it go. And And my body and the universe said, wait, no, no, no, like, this is not— this is no longer acceptable. Well, everyone, I went on the meds, which I really didn't want to do, but I went to the doctor today. Normal.
Yay! Normal.
And I'm like, well, why is it, right? Like, this is the answer to the doctor. Sometimes blood pressure is just high. And I'm like, I really don't like that answer. I mean, I've been doing other stuff, right? Right. And so there are things that we need to do. So tell us a little bit about why someone should seek out someone like you, and then what's the process of getting their health in alignment when they work with you?
Yeah, there are these little things. Oops, I'm getting some feedback. Sorry. I don't know why I'm hearing myself.
It could be because you're not wearing headsets, but you're wearing a mic.
No, no, no.
Oh, then I don't know why.
Am I on speakerphone on your side?
Nope.
Okay, good. So then I'm gonna speak more softly because now I don't hear myself, but as long as you can hear me, then we're good. So a reason that people would want to seek me out is— there's a couple of reasons. One is if you've been from doctor to doctor and you hear that story, well, we don't really know what's wrong with you, that your blood pressure is high, but we're not quite sure why, but here you can take this blood pressure medication. You can, and you have that choice, but if you want to stay off of drugs or simply not have to use them at all, or you're on some and you're like, I would really like a more natural way of proceeding through life because that's better for my body long-term. If you believe that, then you would want to consider somebody who's holistic in nature like myself. And so the big thing is people tend to guess. They know that they're feeling off, and so they seek, they hunt and seek. It's a very masculine way of finding healthcare. I'm going to find— I have a symptom, I'm going to find what fixes it, and then I'm going to kill it.
Mm-hmm.
With this supplement or with this, you know, I'm gonna go to a chiropractor and have him crack my spine in 20 places and then hopefully I'll feel better, which you can do all of those things, but if they're not sustainable, if you're not receiving long-term sustainable results from these things and you feel stuck, this is when playing supplement roulette is not working for you. And so I, I basically take the guesswork out of that and people are, Often, I'll get a 50/50 response. Oh, I've heard of hair analysis. I know what that's about. That's about my— what I'm lacking, right? That's about what minerals I have or what toxic metal load I have. Kinda, kinda, you're getting there. It's better said as a very feminine way, a feminine approach to really understanding what the body needs and giving it and allowing it to make those adjustments on its own without really forcing things to fix. It's— which is more of a Band-Aid effect as far as I'm concerned. So that would be the difference between the two.
Yeah. And it's masculine. It's that masculinity on crack. Right. So what you're saying is, is like there's a balance, there's a holistic approach, which is very receiving. Right. Very allowing. And then the sacred masculine can kick in and do all those actions that we need to do.
Exactly.
Physically. And On ourselves, meaning our blood's going to do what it needs to do once we provide it with the additional supplements, nutrients, life force that it needs to kick itself back. I think so often, I think people are under the impression that the body is so hard to get back to a state of factory settings. It naturally wants to go there. We sometimes just have to give it a little kickstart.
Yep. Yeah, yeah, and it's something that we've been overcoming, that imbalance that creates the aches and pains and whatever. We've been overcoming that because like you said, the body always wants to live. It's trying to find a band-aid effect along the way, and those are the imbalances that we correct too. So we basically turn back the hands of time, go over all of the metabolism layers that you've built up to create this inflammation in the body that causes things like high blood pressure, cholesterol, extra weight that you can't seem to get off 12 times in a row. You've lost 5 pounds but gained 10 4 times, so now we've got another problem. You start having your own personal summers. You know, these— when it comes to menopause, it can be a hurdle or a high jump, or it can be a little bump in the road. And that's the difference between giving the body what it needs and playing the supplement roulette route. And really, that's, that's, that's the big difference.
So how does it work? Do I just cut off a piece of my hair? Do I have to pluck it out with the roots? Like, I mean, I swabbed my mouth with the DNA. And since as long as I've known Warner, he's like, oh my My little Turkish sprinkles. I'm like, I'm not from Turkey. I'm Italian. I said that. And I'm 40% Turkish. I'm like, how'd that happen? I'm willing to like pull the thing off. But someone like really seriously though, how does it like, how do we take that?
Yeah. The physical part of what happens after you decide, yes, this is what I want to do. Is I send you a hair test kit in the mail, and it looks kind of like this, comes to you in a number 10 envelope, and then you get this cute little fun scale, and we measure the hair. We're not pulling it out because dang, if it hurt, I wouldn't do it. So this is fun. So this is the scale. You're like, how does this work? It's paper. It's made of nice thick— you know, you can kind of hear it. It doesn't bend easily, right?
Yeah.
So I bent down the 2 sides so it becomes a teeter-totter. And it's X marks the spot. It's, it's where your treasure goes. So we cut a little bit of hair, not down here. This is last year's information, and in my case, it's 3 years ago. It's way down here, right? So we're cutting from the scalp right here. This is what happened last month.
Got it.
We grow up, we grow about a month's worth in about an inch, right? Most people, uh, sometimes it's a half an inch, and that just depends person to person. But you cut enough hair, not too much, So that when you put the hair, it just, right? And then you take it—
I just got this image of me with a bald spot. No!
And you just throw it in here. So the cool thing is I have this video of me cutting my daughter's hair. And I'm basically going around the hemisphere of the back and flipping it up and over. It works for long hair and short hair. And you just cut 3 little tiny straps underneath the head. Yeah, on the back.
Oh, right there.
You'll never miss it. No, I— have you missed it on me?
No. Yeah, yeah, I want to pull— no, I get it. Most people don't understand, like, this is the mind of Jen. Like, Jen will go, oh, let me just do it here. Bold spot. Like, like, you guys don't understand how really truly goofy I am because I'm pretty goofy.
Yeah, I'm, I'm really no better or worse or whatever because I'm just as goofy. So this comes back to me in the mail and then I process it and you get one of these, um, lovely reports that are personalized. And believe it or not, I make sense of this. So this is an example of a report you would get and it has all the tons of juicy information that I know how to interpret. And it tells me—
how long does that usually take? Like, do you send it out or do you have a lab in your kitchen?
I put it in my microwave. No, it goes to— it goes to the lab.
I just want to know.
It's a special machine that's twice the size of me, and it's, um, it counts the number of— you know how when a, um, a neon light, it glows a certain color because it has a mineral inside the air, right? I don't know if it's not common knowledge. It should be, but it's not.
So I watched the trials. I know how it all works. Yes.
Yeah, when you run electricity through air with a certain mineral in it, it glows that color. So same idea. So with the hair, you digest it down into a light spectrometer machine, and it counts the number of times it views a certain color. That color is correlated with a mineral, and that's what's charted on that report.
Nice.
Yeah, that's it.
Okay, so we have our analysis, right? You've gone through it, and then We create a mineral plan, right? A supplement plan. So again, like, so I have this image of my grandmother with, you know, her 16 million pills. You know that, right?
Yes.
Pills, you know. So like, is it then we have to take, you know, depending, is it— can— do we do it in stages? Do we have to take 16 pills? Like, how does it all work? Because I know people are going, well, 'Cause they're like me, a little freaky, like, do I have to take 16 million pills? Like, how does this all work then?
Well, here's the thing that's important. Everybody has a different cocktail, if you will. It's again on your hair analysis, it's based on that. So the idea is to not give you more than your body can deal with and more than what it needs, because otherwise it's gonna store that extra. So I'm never recommending more than what is recommended from the hair analysis. So is it a lot of supplements? If you're not used to taking them, it can sure seem like it, but the payoff is, one, you've got the testing every 4 months to back it up and go, oh my God, this is actually happening, I'm getting rid of the aluminum that causes Alzheimer's. Oh, I'm dumping out the mercury that causes brain damage. Oh my gosh, I'm now correcting that zinc and copper imbalance that causes things like infertility and early onset of menopause. Wow, I had no idea I should have this much energy. So these things along the way, they kind of, um, they take that anxiety edge off of, am I taking these for no good reason?
Yeah, so along with your analysis of our hair, do we also get time with you? Like, how does that work? Do you walk us through? Do we check in? Like, Like, what's the practice?
The practice is, it's a, you asked early on about the supplements, it's a slow progression. The first stop is to make sure that you're able to, like, where is your body at being able to absorb minerals and how much of those? So it's not like a one-size-fits-all either. So it's the learning to listen to the body's communication. Have you been ignoring communication from your body? unknowingly. So I'm really good at hearing a person's day and story when we catch up. It's every 2 weeks we catch up on the phone, and it's, yes, some accountability, but most of it's about listening to what's going on with you. Are you happy? People will have what I call healing reactions where they're turning back the hands of time, going through the old layers of metabolism, getting rid of an old virus, or maybe killing off a parasite or something else that's going on automatically. I'm not putting anybody through a flush to do it, and they don't equate it with the program. So I pick up on it and I'm like, all right, so this is your body's communication, this is what it means, and this is what we do. So you're getting— you're learning how to fish, you're becoming a fisherman of your body's health, as opposed to me just telling you, okay, just take this pill and do that. So you're getting the whole process of coaching, how to communicate with your body and what to do with it, that far outlasts any time that we spend together. But, you know, I start everybody off with an 8-month program. It's your first test and your second hair test, and that way it's under wraps. And then you have all of the supplements included, so that way you're not getting nickeled and dimed along the way, and you get all the training. And plus, I was in IT for 10 years, and so I built and managed and maintained help desks for people to call in. I'm gonna kill the computer and throw it out the window. You know, that was me on the other end going, I'm gonna talk you off the ledge. It's okay.
Okay.
So, so I offer the health desk report, a health desk for all of my clients, and they can reach out to me whenever they're having a healing reaction because they can be somewhat alarming as well as somewhat just, hey, is that what— am I having a headache? Is this because of the program? What should I do about it? Oftentimes it is. We just walk it through. So that's where it starts. It's the physical stuff, but eventually people will lose their symptoms. This is the really fun part for me. They forget about what they've been hurting from for so long because it dissipates, it goes away. Now when people are away from work, what do they complain about? Their relationships and their health, those 2 things.
Right.
So now they're complaining to me about their relationships and I find that this is where the juicy bits are. This is where things like core wound healing can come into play, the emotional turmoil, the traumas that we've been through. As we clear those out, now The— I found a correlation, and I think many people have, between the emotional aspect. And this is very true for introverts. It is so very true. We hold on to stuff in our emotional body, which sits right outside of the physical body. The longer it stays out there and hangs out in the phys— in this emotional layer, the more likely it is to slow down and become a malady inside the body.
Right.
Become the symptom. So now we've cleared out the body physically. Now we're talking about clearing out the body metaphysically. If we can clear out the body metaphysically, the physical stuff doesn't return. But if you skip one step, the other comes back. They read each other. So that's where really things become more, even more interesting to me as we get into this whole metaphysical layer of how the body heals, which I love. Yeah.
Yeah. And, you know, it's hard to focus on that metaphysical layer when you, you know, your knees hurt and you're, you know, Right? Like, I forget who— what famous author said, like, you can't focus on your soul if you're hungry. Like, and I'm paraphrasing, but it's true. Like, if you're worried about where your next meal is coming from, or you're in pain, or you can't think because you have brain fog, right? It's hard to focus and connect. It's just that simple. You know, I tell all my practitioners, listen, you have to do the muscle testing to check if, you know, Are you well fed, watered? You know, like, have you been able to go to the bathroom? All of those things are going to impact that energetic flow between you and divinity or expressing your divinity.
Yeah, absolutely. And the more that, you know, I call it like having a dirty windshield. If your body is, is that dirty windshield, how are you supposed to see where you're going? And, and, you know, I've seen a lot of posts in, in different spiritual groups on Facebook, and they say, oh, you can just mind over matter, think your way out of the pain, think your way out Yeah. So I had a moment of crisis in my own business. This is years ago now. And I was seeing this woman who was a shaman for all purposes. And we had beautiful sessions where she would put us through— she put me on a massage table and then crystal grid me and then have like a singing bowl session. And there would be essential oils over the face and all kinds of beautiful things going on. And we would have an hour-long session of of this journey. We would just go, you know, if you've ever been on one of those sessions, you know you can go anywhere and she would heal herself with these same sessions she would give to herself and so she's telling me about all this that she does to, you know, clear the body and go through flushes and cleanses and I'm thinking to myself afterwards, I'm having this really moment, am I doing the right thing? Is recommending supplements the right thing to do when people can just eventually progress and evolve to just thinking their way out of illness. The next day, I get a phone call from her and she says, you know, I think I have to work with you. And I go, what do you mean? You do your own clearing sessions and you heal yourself. What's the deal? She goes, they're not sticking. And so I asked my guides why. And she says, my guides told me that I need to work with you. And I immediately thought, can I advertise to everybody's guides because they all need to tell them? I'm being funny, but the idea is They said, look, if your body is not being addressed with flushing out the toxins, and not with a flush, but actually with the natural body's ability to just heal itself, tap into that. And she goes, she goes, my guides recognize that that's what you offer. And they, they know that when your body's full of the preferred minerals instead of the toxins and the imbalanced minerals, then that energy for healing will flow that much better. And I immediately understood my value and my worth in the world. And I went, oh, Got it. All right, everybody needs to go through this at least once, maybe not with me, but everybody needs to seek out doing this kind of work. Refortify the foundation of the body, get yourself understanding how your body communicates with you. Those are keys to, you know, understanding what you are, who you are, and why you're here in the world.
Yeah, I think, you know, I also think it's very important because, you know, as an aside, I think so often, and this is just to say no because it's a pet peeve of mine. Like, that's an amazing, beautiful story, and guides and teachers are amazing. But again, listen to your own soul. Like, that has to line up with your own soul, because not in this case, but so often people give, well, my guides told me so. And, you know, you're like, well, thank you. You didn't ask me my permission. And be like, right? So, um, you know, she obviously resonated with what her guides and And there's a difference between resistance and resonating. So I think so often the metaphysical mumbo jumbo is out there is like, well, my guides told me. But again, if your guides and your soul don't line up, that there's something wrong and a disconnect. And I totally agree with you. I think that it is very important that we align and we keep this as well oiled as we can. And that's also why we talked to the— if you worked with me, we talked to the Deva of the body because that being knows what you need. So I think it's really important that we align all of those things and really seek out those individuals and those processes that are going to keep that really humming. And I think that everyone should listen to when they get that hit to talk to someone like you or you directly. Right? This is what I need to take me to the next level of where I want to go. And honestly, especially with all of the— come on, we've all been eating a lot more junk food than normal, right?
COVID, the COVID fanny, right?
And so, you know, just to clear that out and to clear all of that kind of, you know, industrial age Stuff that's within our frame. And really, you know, I mean, if we look, the, the planet has been regenerating itself when humans took a timeout. And so we get to do that with our own bodies through what you do. Yeah. So how do people get in touch with you?
Best way is to go— well, we're here on Facebook, so you can connect with me here. Um, an instant message is fine. I welcome those. And I reached out personally. I mean, My personal assistant does other stuff. So when you call, when you reach out to me, you're going to get me. Um, and, and then from there, it's like, you know, if you want a personal, uh, 20 minutes with me to interview, because for every one question, as we've discovered now, that I answer, there's 2 more questions that pop up after, and those relate to individuals. So I want everyone to be fully comfortable and aware of what they're stepping into before they do. And, uh, so I offer that free 20-minute time.
So I just want to reach out because, you know, and I do too, like, you, when you're working with someone, you want someone that you really resonate with, that you trust, that hears you, that listens to you, and yet at the same time will push you lovingly and compassionately, right?
Yeah.
And, you know, when we're taking new stuff and as you might be having a healing crisis, right? You want that person to talk you off the ledge. Like, you want a person to go, listen, don't go— like, keep taking the supplements. This is supposed to be happening. And really support that, um, your wholeness and completeness. So, um, what's your website address? Because I don't think you gave it out.
I didn't. And everybody can go, it's theelevateinstitute.com. So remember the, the, the T-H-E. ElevateInstitute.com. And on there, on there, when you go there, you'll see a button that says, yes, reveal it to me, reveal my illness hiding in plain sight. I offer also a Chinese face reading. So if you're not quite ready for the conversation, I'll put my own eyes on your face and put the little selfie that you submit and tell you what I see about your liver, your kidneys, your spleen, your heart.
Very fun. I had a metaphysical face reading a couple months ago, which was really cool. I was like, yeah, that's totally, totally right. You know, and I was like, face reading? Never heard of that. But I love that, and I love Chinese medicine. So thank you so much for playing with us today.
It was fun. My pleasure. Thanks for having me.
Everyone, please reach out if you have any questions. And if you have any questions for me, Post them below, and we'll be back shortly with another Renegade. Bye for now.
Bye.
