Spiritual Alchemy: the link between minerals for health and spiritual wellness

In this interview, host Speaker A talks with practitioner Eva Vennari about her concept of "spiritual alchemy," which posits a direct link between the body’s mineral makeup and spiritual experiences. Eva recounts her own 16‑year journey from chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism and other diagnoses to discovering that mineral imbalances—especially heavy‑metal toxicity and a worldwide copper‑zinc deficiency—were at the root of her health issues. She explains how modern agriculture depletes soils of essential minerals, leading to widespread deficiencies in the food supply. To identify individual needs, Eva uses hair mineral analysis, describing it as a “soft‑tissue” snapshot that reveals which minerals are lacking or excess and guides personalized supplementation. She reports that 97 % of her clients show heavy‑metal retention, and that chelation often worsens the condition. Eva connects mineral status to spiritual phenomena: she argues that toxic metals become “sticky points” where emotional trauma, guilt, codependency, or other dis‑integrative patterns lodge, attracting entities or “energy vampires.” When the body clears these minerals, the associated spiritual or paranormal experiences often resolve. She differentiates true paranormal activity (rejection of a part of oneself) from demonic or entity attachment, and shares a personal anecdote of a picture flying off a wall during a family conflict. The conversation moves to her client work. The first step is the "Reveal" program—hair mineral testing followed by targeted supplementation, which she says strengthens the body, improves sleep, and enables emotional resilience. She illustrates how dream symbolism (e.g., mushrooms growing from the third eye) can be interpreted alongside mineral status to guide life‑change decisions. Finally, Eva describes the evolution of her practice into an "ascension" program that integrates mineral work with emotional, relational, and spiritual coaching. She mentions her website (theelevateinstitute.com) as the hub for free resources, podcasts, and client enrollment. She also shares personal revelations about being on the autism spectrum and having severe dyslexia, framing diagnosis as both a challenge and a tool for self‑understanding. Overall, the interview presents a holistic framework that blends laboratory‑based mineral testing, supplementation, emotional work, and spiritual discernment, positioning mineral health as the foundation for both physical well‑being and spiritual clarity.

I'm delighted to welcome Eva Vennari, who is a— is going to be talking to us about spiritual alchemy. And you found a remarkable link, haven't you, Eva? Tell us about it.
Yeah, well, there's a definite link between our physical health and our spiritual senses. And I have found— I mean, we've talked about that over the years. It's been discovered, it's been talked Ad nauseam, but there seems to be a direct link between our spiritual experience and health and our physical mineral makeup.
Right. We're gonna have to dive into this one. How the heck did you get involved with this?
Well, I was a hot mess. So, um, years ago now, it's been, uh, a journey. Of overcoming chronic illness, the kind of chronic illness where you go to the doctor, one doctor after another, who can't find anything in blood work, who says it's all in your head, who says you, you should just relax, you know, that kind of thing. But I was experiencing chronic fatigue before it was even really diagnosed. It took 10 years for them to finally admit and go, oh yeah, you've got chronic fatigue. Thanks. And insomnia, depression, fibromyalgia, heart palpitations, arthritis. I was told I'd be in a wheelchair by the age of 35. Hypothyroidism, where a lot of people get diagnosed with that and then they just stop because, oh, I'm taking a pill, I'm good. There's more to the story. And why take medication if you don't have to? And this was what's in my head. I really don't want to take medications in order to maintain an unhealthy body. So how do I give my body what it needs so it can heal? And then, well, how do I know what the body needs so that it can heal? And that's what— that's when I started this real journey. It took 16 years to find the mineral work that I now do. And as I started to do that work on myself, I noticed that my spiritual gifts started to come online, and eventually I noticed, as becoming a practitioner, that symptoms like the ones I described could be the same whether it's a spiritual, an entity attack, or some sort of, um, even a demonic on a person. It's the same symptoms as if they're minerally imbalanced. So you need somebody who can identify along the full spectrum, true holistic healing from the physical all the way to the spiritual. And that's spiritual alchemy.
Very interesting. Minerals. Talk to us about minerals. What do you mean by minerals and being out of balance?
Yeah, we're, we're supposed to have minerals in our food. When we grow our food, we've— we're growing it now in a way that for 8 billion people on the planet, and we're just not giving it enough time in the ground to to pull the minerals out of the ground so that it's in our food. And we've known that science is— there's science is backing me up. I'm not dreaming this. So, and it's progressively worse as we go. We were talking about this when I was in the 6th grade. So back in the 1950s was the chemical revolution, and we thought, this is great, we can make more food. The problem is we're not getting enough of the stuff that makes us ideal. And so just like when you pop a tire on a car, now you've got to replace that tire with a spare. And toxins are the same as putting a spare tire on a car. And those tires are like the minerals we're supposed to have. And so rather than going to the tired guy. We walk around with the spare tire all the time. And then we end up with performance issues. We're not sleeping well. We're having difficulty remembering things, using our words, being able to communicate, being able to have relationships. We become more single-focused. And that seems to be a trend. A lot of people just not feeling well, going to the doctor, not getting enough of the right kind of help, getting medication help instead. So, anyways, minerals. It's all about what should be in our food but isn't. And so it's no longer a matter of if you should supplement, it's with what, how much, and what kind.
So where do we start? How do we know if we need to supplement? How do we know what kind? How do we know which are good supplements, which are not, which our body needs? Where do you start with that?
Yeah, I go with just what the body needs based on a hair mineral test. So we're looking at the trash report. What comes out of your hair is the soft tissue evidence of how your body is processing and metabolizing. So we can figure out exactly what the body needs for your current metabolism. And then when we do that, it heals the outer layer of metabolism, if you will, if you consider them like onion layers that you've built up over the years. That outer layer then falls away and a new layer is underneath. And you basically go through the hands of time and you heal all the way to the core. And you can create a whole new you.
It's incredible, isn't it, that, um, we're not taught how our body, left alone, it will heal itself. Um, you give it a bit of help, the right kind of help, we can really escalate and speed up the healing. So the hair mineral analysis, um, which is what I offer clients as well, is so, so accurate, isn't it? And it's, it's spookily, um, Um, shows the, the symptoms that people present to with me. Um, like you're saying, you know, the brain fog and the lack of energy, and they've been everywhere and they can't get a diagnosis, and so on and so forth. Sometimes diagnoses are helpful, sometimes they're not. But when you know what's going on in your body and you can do something about it, um, it's very, very simple. I've had clients come to me who've got, um, a diagnosis of MS. But they don't have MS at all. They just have mineral imbalances and we can prove it for them, can't we? We can prove it, you know? So is there a trend? Is there a particular type of issue that clients are coming to you at the moment?
Well, it seems to be definite, definite a toxicity level of heavy metals and an imbalance in copper with zinc. And I'm noticing a great deal. I would say 97%. of the hair tests that I run, the result is heavy toxicity retained in the body. Like, the tissue is just saturated in heavy metals all throughout the body. And chelation therapy will make things worse, not better. So stop doing that. But the copper imbalance is a big one, and that seems to be worldwide. And I find— and I do the research back to the science behind our food. Zinc is what's missing in our, in our, in our soil and in our food, but not, not all by itself. It's not in a, it's not in a vacuum. There are other things too, but this seems to be the trend.
Absolutely. And with the chemtrails and all that nonsense that's spraying down on us, I'm sure that's a big part of where the, where the metals are coming from.
Yeah. Chemical, the chemical buildup. It's, it's not just, uh, you know, people think that chemicals and drugs is we, we, we are the filter, uh, uh, that we just pee them out at the end of the day. Day, and we don't, especially if our immune system is suppressed by the toxic metals. And then the body loses energy and it says, well, I can't deal with this. Just like we get overloaded at the end of the day and we end up with a pile of things and we know how much time it takes to deal with it. The body knows how much time and energy it needs to get rid of the copper, all of that, all of the imbalances, all of the chemicals. And it just says, I'm going to wait until I have enough energy to do that. And that's what the mineral alchemy work helps the body do. It goes through that back burner list and get rid of them. Otherwise, the body stores it and just says, well, I guess I'll deal with this another day. And that's what slows us down. And then the ever-present inflammation word is thrown around, right?
Yeah, absolutely. So tell us how the spiritual thing comes into it. You mentioned earlier on about entities and so on. How does— square that circle for me.
I found a correlation between a couple of things. So toxic metals tend to be somewhere where the body will store a trauma. So an experience, an emotional, you know, somatic response to a life event at some point is somehow linked to toxic metals. And so when they're coming out of the body, you go through also a traumatic release and healing. You don't have to wait for that to happen to go through the traumatic release and healing. You could be triggered all the time. And so I've noticed that when a body has those, they're almost like sticky points that entities glam onto, and they decide, oh, this person is vulnerable, I'm going to use their energy to live off of. And that's where you hear things like empaths will talk about energy vampires taking from them. The empath is probably just minerally imbalanced. Well, Yeah, and the other thing to really get a hold of on, on that emotional side is to make sure that she gets rid of things like guilt, which a lot of people struggle with, codependency, anything that puts you out of order with your sovereign self. Those things will attract spiritual entities and demonics. But I have to say, that's probably my favorite work, is to do exorcisms and get rid of that sense of, I don't feel whole. So it's twofold. All of everything's a twofold process. You know, you can get rid of the demon, you can get rid of the entity, you can, you can pull it away. But if the person still have a sticky spot, just like if a person still has a mineral in the body or a toxin in the body that doesn't belong there, it'll still create that imbalance. And so you have to correct the physical body and give it the minerals it needs so it's fortified and strong. And then so it has the emotional capability and resilience to be able to deal with clearing out guilt, trauma, you know, all of those emotional things that help support our spiritual growth. So they're all related.
Wow. The, the mineral analysis and the lab testing, that's, that's quite straightforward and that's easy and that's not woo woo, you know, that's, that's, it's there. You get a piece of paper or a report and we can see what's what. With the other side of things, for listeners who might never have heard about entities and emotional stress and, and so on, can you, can you elaborate a bit more on that side of things for us?
It's one of those things where, um, it's, it's very hard to believe in unless you've had that toe dip into the pool of spiritual weirdness. And it's a personal experience that only You can— no one else can witness it with you, right? So it's either you believe you're having this issue or not. And I'm not talking about schizophrenia, schizophrenic breaks and hearing voices. And that's, that's a mental illness. That's a disorder. And I've worked with psychologists on that. And they've come to realize that nutrition is a major factor with the healing and recovery of somebody who's experienced a— you know, a schizophrenic break. So you can tell the difference between something that's a mental illness versus something that's a spiritual personal experience. And, um, there are many psychologists who will not agree with me because they don't have that spiritual side. But those that do, if you're talking to— I mean, the very first time I had a, uh, what's that called, paranormal experience I called a priest. I was raised Catholic. I mean, I'm fully recovered now. So there are dogmas to the Catholic religion that I can't follow. So I left church. I'm like, I need to be, you know, coherent. So, but I did. I called a priest and I said, hey, do I need to have the house blessed? What's going on here? And he says, don't be so— this is from a Catholic priest. He says, do not be so quick. To push away and clear out energies that you don't understand. Question it, find out what it is. And that was my first step into understanding, was from a Catholic priest. He says, you've got to learn to, to like investigate. And this isn't like, um, Ghost Hunters where we're going into houses and investigating, you know, happenings. This is true spiritual growth. You're constantly learning about different aspects of yourself. We all have a spiritual sense of who, who we are. And in that remembering, there's a whole world. It's a whole other world. Half the time I'm living in that world where I'm talking to spirits, angels, guides, loved ones, people who have passed, people who have never been human. And there, you have to have a discernment. So this is not just an overnight, oh, I'm awakened one day and I'm good. This is a lifelong path of Really exploring this world and, and learning to become a master of it for yourself. So it's, it's not, it's not something that's easily understood. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
It's, um, so the paranormal, um, I used to host a radio show when I was over in the UK and, um, I had frequent guests coming into the studio and I had a run of paranormal people coming and it's absolutely fascinating. And these are people who mostly did visit, you know, spaces where paranormal existence was. But you were talking about a different type of paranormal. So kind of a human, um, a personal experience. So can you give us any examples of, of what type of thing you mean?
Well, I had a con— I, I was raising children on my own, so, um, My, my ex had passed away and both of my girls were with me and there was a conflict between one of, one of my daughters and myself. And as I was sitting in her bedroom, as she was out of the house and I'm by, by myself in her room, I just wanted to pray and, and understand what's going on here between us and what do I need to know. And this is when a picture from her bedroom wall flew off the wall and hit me in the head.
Wow.
Now, I was alone, and it flew at least a foot off of the wall and hit me. Um, so there's no way that it could have caught my hair, so it just— it wasn't, it wasn't explainable. And I came to realize in the questioning that the priest asked me to do that paranormal activity, true paranormal activity, not demonic, not spiritual, um, Recordings of traumatic events that people call hauntings, not earthbound spirits. That, that's the discernment between all the different categories. Paranormal has to do with a rejection of a part of you that is trying to return to you. You are whole, you are complete, and anything that you try to push away and say, no, that's not me, I don't want that, it tries to regain its, itself by connecting back with you through paranormal activity. So a lot of people call demonic activity paranormal, and it's an incorrect designation.
How interesting. Very, very interesting. So how do you, how do you deal with this then? So supposing, you know, you, you have somebody comes to you, you mentioned clients that you, you help, how can you help them with the, with the hair mineral analysis? That's, that's easy peasy. Yeah.
Well, this is fun for me. So as a person gets to engage with me and they decide they want to start with what I call the Reveal program, that's the mineral analysis. They will start to take the minerals. The body gets stronger. Their emotional state gets stronger. They start dealing with problems they hadn't dealt with before. Now they can dream. They can get into REM sleep, right? So the body is stronger. It's going to, it's going to do more of what it's supposed to do. Yeah. And then they start to And then they start wondering what their dreams mean. I, for example, I had a client on Saturday call me, and we were doing a follow-up to a hair analysis retest. And she says, I had this funny dream. I don't know if it has anything to do with the mineral work that we're doing, but I'm gonna tell you anyways, because that's how I've trained my clients. I said, let me know what's going on, even if you don't think it's related. So she says, I had this dream where mushrooms were growing out of my third eye.
Okay.
And then I'm thinking about that. I'm like, fungus? And then somatically, I got this sense that no, that's not the right answer. You know, the condensed dark, no, that's not the right answer. And then she said more. She says, I'm finding myself doing a couple of things in the daytime that I really don't want to do. One, I hate my job. I can't stand this, you know. And then I'm also compensating by eating foods that I know are not healthy for me. So she's got this common theme going on of hurting herself by going to a job she shouldn't be doing. And then eating foods that she knows isn't that good for her and feeling guilty about it. So key to eating foods you know are not good for you, feel good about it. But anyways, we put these 2 together. Now, most practitioners would probably say, ah, just keep taking your supplements and don't worry about it. But I said mushrooms. Mushrooms means growth, growth that you cannot stop. And that means your body is going through growth phase of healing that no matter what you put in front of it to stop it, you can't sabotage it. It's going to— it's going to complete whether you like it or not. So, like, stop doing things that you don't wanna do, and let's talk about how you can find a new job.
So it became—
it became a different approach. And then I received, uh, from guidance that there was ancestral things going on because there was another layer that she mentioned. And, and so this becomes a process of move, move a layer out of the way and then see, move another layer out of the way and then see. And it's the same concept with the mineral balancing. Let the body get rid of this issue with the toxic metal or an imbalance in the mineral and then see. Let's retest and see where the body is now. And it's the same, it's the same process. Body and the spiritual sense heals in the same way.
Fascinating. Absolutely fascinating. It's a bit kind of like what I do with, uh, with my clients. So I've got 4 pillars. I've got the mineral analysis. I also do dry blood analysis, metabolic analysis, and the behavior analysis. So it's the behavior piece is similar to your— I use just my DISC+ model. Um, so we can, we, we've got then all the 4 pillars. We can see what's going on in the body, what's going on in their life. And then you piece the whole thing together and then you get a roadmap kind of so you can help them. And it's their information fed back to them. So it's not, nobody's, um, nobody's making anything up. It's, you know, scientifically proven with their lab testing and one thing and another. And then obviously life experience and so on. Um, amazing. So what's, what's next for you? Where are you, where are you taking this? Are you, are you doing books and courses? How do you, how do you help clients?
Well, I decided that the mineral work has to become a smaller part of the whole. And so it's not going away at all. Obviously, it's a really important part to making sure the body is, is, is strong and fortified and can, can be resilient. So I've kind of expanded the work to something I call ascension. And this is where— what's your next stop, basically? And let's remove anything that's getting in the way. And it could be emotional, it could be relationshipping, it could be, you know, spiritual. And all 3 of those are part of the ascension programs. And it's a deep dive into that personal growth and development that people are looking for but don't know that it exists. How do I get there? Right? I know I want this, but I don't know. It's kind of like, kind of like being a plant that's been in a planter that's been stuck in this confined space for so long, and then you take the whole plant root system out and you put it in the ground. Now it has an infinite place, you know, for those roots to grow. And it's a little scary, but if you have a guide, such as one of us, then you're going to be much better off. If you could do it by yourself, you would have done it by now, is how I look at it. So let somebody who's worked it before, been there before, where you are, uh, you know, and, and let them be your guide. So, brilliant. That's where I'm taking it.
And you look a picture of health, Eva. So I'm assuming you don't have the brain fog and the All the, the things that you said at the beginning of the, the call?
No, I've learned the distinction. I did figure out last year that I'm on the spectrum, so I have autism, and every which way that you can have dyslexia, I'm severely dyslexic, and you wouldn't know it.
I guess like most people have, you've learned to manage around not knowing. I mentioned before about the diagnosis things. Diagnosis can be really helpful, but also they can hinder because they can then Put some people in a box and they stay there, don't they?
Well, it became a twofold process. It was really healing to find out that I had all these struggles that I'd been having. You know, we put a list together. Here's all the things wrong with me that I want to fix, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And you want to go through them and fix them all. And for me, that was part of it. I didn't realize that my symptoms of dyslexia and autism were non-fixable until I was diagnosed. And then I went through the grieving process of, oh my gosh, all this hard Been hard on myself for years about not learning as quick as others, even though I was one of 17 valedictorians, and I pushed really hard to become the best in whatever I did. I realized I had to work harder than everyone else. Now I know why. So I took, I took half of that list. I'm like, I want to fix all these things, and I just put them over here to— they're my unique properties.
Yeah, absolutely.
Their features.
And we're all unique, aren't we? At the end of the day, even if you have somebody with a similar behavior profile to the next person, there'll be lots and lots of things in their background, their education environment that will be different. So how do people get ahold of you, Eva?
Best way is through my website. It's theelevateinstitute.com. And on there is a bunch of free offers and ways that you can read. You can watch podcasts like this and lots of articles, all kinds of information there. So that's the best way to reach out.
So brilliant. Eva Vennari, theelevateinstitute.com. Thank you so much for your time today.
Thanks for having me.
Thank you.
