A family member asked me about putting together an artificial or, excuse me, an AI voice agent for them. And my first questions were like, well, how are you going to use it? And when they described, I said, I don't think an AI voice agent is exactly what you want because this is for somebody who maybe has some sales or some call volume and also a need for outbound phone calling.
