A short customer testimonial (video) from Larry and Marie Langner of Ventura, California, describing their positive experience with a WaterCop home flood-prevention system installed by Bob Runyon of Home Flood Prevention. They note it gives peace of mind for their multi-story hardwood-floored home, recommend installing before a flood, and observe insurance doesn't cover the emotional burden and remodeling disruption.

Hi, this is Larry and Marie Langner coming to you from Ventura, California, where we have installed the water cup system supplied by Bob Runyon of Home Flood Prevention. And this is the second home we've installed his system in. We have hardwood floors here in a multi storied house and it gives us great peace of mind as we travel. We know that our home is safe from flood. We've had multiple friends that are had floods and their comment of course is insurance covers it. Unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover the pain and suffering that goes along with remodeling your house.
And I would thoroughly have people recommend people to get this before they have a flood rather than after. It saves a lot of time, mess and money.
