How Are We Using Ai- A Use Case from SwingPointMedia

Jeff Harrison built a custom AI assistant on Delphi using 15 years of his marketing knowledge—a million pieces of emails, videos, and blog posts—and branded it "Jeff for Local Marketing." The tool answers questions with sources cited, works as an affordable marketing coach for small businesses, and can preserve someone's voice and knowledge for family to interact with later.

Using artificial intelligence to me is like when we got used to a calculator that could help us solve math problems so much quicker. Hi, my name is Jeff Harrison. I own a company called swingpoint Media. And today I have something I think that is pretty, pretty exciting. I haven't seen it around much. I've been leveraging this for a while now and I thought, you know, I'm going to bring this out of the closet and share it with you. I, I know for most of you that are watching and have used AI, you come up with ideas of, hey, how to write a script for a video, or writing emails, or creating titles or thumbnails, because it has the ability now to even do the images. That's great. And yes, we've leveraged it and we have some automation that we've done. But today I want to share with you something that maybe you haven't thought of and what inspired me to come up with this idea and I shared in the video, because I'm going to share, I'm going to share a video with you, is I was reading something this morning about.
Making a clone for your dog or your pet, your favorite pet. The idea there was to say, hey, how would you like your pet to live forever? And what you would do is you take a little snippet of the ear and then it would be refrigerated. And then when your current pet passed away, they would clone your pet, the one that passed away, into a new pet using that DNA from the ear. Now, it's been around for a bit, apparently, and it's been done many, many times successfully. The only downside is apparently this particular process. The new pet, which acts just like the old pet, doesn't really have the memories that were there. And so there's that missing thing. There's. But, but what I'm about to show you, it doesn't have those missing parts. And what I did about, gosh, now it's been probably nine months ago, maybe as much as a year ago, I stumbled upon a program called Delphi. And it allowed me to upload all of my knowledge. And in this case, I just used about 15 years of knowledge in, in the sales and marketing industry when it comes to digital marketing and uploaded all that. I uploaded emails, uploaded PDFs, I uploaded videos, uploaded blogs, social media posts, all this kind of stuff. Millions of pieces of or about a million pieces of data that I put in there. And what this did is what I call a closed language model. In other words, when I ask it questions, which I'LL show here in a minute. This particular model will then go to that well of knowledge and answer those questions. Now, the coolest part about this, and again, I'll share this again in the video, is it doesn't have this. I'm going to say the hiccup to hallucinate. And I know the new models get better and better, and it's happening less and less often. I mean, I use the AI every day for our business and in our clients, and the quality of it gets better and better. With that, I want you to realize this is the case. This is the worst. And again, I'm gonna say it. This is the worst AI will be right now, which already are blowing people's minds and doing things we never could imagine. I could probably spend an hour just. Just sharing with you so many ways that we use it and that I've come up with from, from health to education to, well, you name it, and it's pretty. It's pretty slick. But today I want to show you something that we did, and I'm going to bring them on now. Let me just. Let me just put this on here. I'm going to share this screen.
Let's see. There it is.
This is a record I made just a few minutes ago. Because when you're working with technology and children, you want to make sure that it's going to work, right? So what I did is I opened up and I shared a little bit about what this was. And then I introduced what I call Jeff for marketing. And the idea of this was I can ask it any question about marketing in any industry when it comes to local business content marketing. And it will stay on track. It can help you answer questions. And here's a cool thing. You can do it typing or you can do auditory. And I'm working now on doing a video so you could actually have a conversation with me just like you see me now, and it would be real time. So without further ado, I'm going to. I'm going to take myself down here and I'm going to share this little excerpt that I ran just a few minutes ago. And let's see how you like.
All right, so that was a little bit of a demonstration of what I call my marketing assistants. It's Jeff for local marketing. And the idea was I wanted to create a coach that anyone could access and ask specific questions about how to do marketing. And really, these are for companies that maybe they're, you know, do it yourself kind of companies, and they want to have questions that they they need answered, but they don't have a large budget. So that was my thought process on this. Now I want to tweak it just a bit because I want to share with you. Because I talked about the dog and living forever, I also saw a great opportunity to use this to help, I'm going to say help those that we love and care about really have longevity. I'll give you a specific example. A dear, dear friend of mine and mentor.
He's a wonderful gentleman and I'd love for him to live forever, at least as long as I'm around, but also for his kids, his grandkids, and his great grandkids. So what we did is we did, oh, I don't know, we probably did five or six hours of interview questions. In other words, that's how we started gathering the data and educating it. So we took him back to when he was born, where he grew up, all this kind of stuff. So now what happens in the voice of this person? People can interact with him and ask him questions about, you know, what was it like growing up in, you know, the 1930s in Michigan or. Or what was it like when you first started investing in real estate and all that kind of stuff? Well, the cool part about this is this now helps him live forever with his family. So I'm not saying it replaces anything. It just adds to the value of life and coming full circle. You know, this is something I've kind of had in the garage for some time and I really haven't done much with it outside of using it internally. It's really kind of cool because as you can see, we, or you saw, we have these conversations and I can ask and I pose questions and, you know, I can get down to the nitty gritty. The cool part about this is I can type it in or I can talk it in. And as you heard, he will talk back to us. Now, I do have a setting in there where he's a little bit longer in his answers than normal. And the reason I did that is, you know, I was doing some testing and I don't want it to be too short, where it's just a yes or no answer for people who really need more details. But this truly can be like, you're hiring a very high end digital marketing company to help you grow your business. So today my only goal is I just want to jump out there and say, hey, I want to show you this product, how it worked. And I want to really get you to be thinking, hey, what could I do with something like this, Would it help me become better at writing content? Would it help me be better at creating images or let's say a social media post or having a better strategy, getting my content calendar going, you name it. As long as it has to do with local digital marketing, the only thing was outside its realm is, hey, if you ask me to write code, it's not going to do that. So that was my purpose today, was just to really show you how far AI has come. And then just to remind you, we're looking at about maybe a year since AI when we're talking about ChatGPT. When it first rolled out, open source or OpenAI really came into the market. This is the worst it's going to be. It's only going to get better and better and better. Now keep in mind, if you watched the early part of this video and you saw me interacting with my clone, it takes what it's hearing from me. It thinks about it and then it processes an answer. And all of that is synthesized voice. As you could hear its tonality, its pace, it kind of sounds like me. And so this is something that is a very good tool. So that was my, really my purpose of jumping on today and let you know what's going on behind the scenes at swingpoint Media and how we're using artificial intelligence. If you'd like to know more information, I put it in the, I put, you know, email me, Jeff wingpoint Media and ask a question, hey, how could I use it? Is it available in this situation? You know what, I'm going to grab something here real quick. I'm going to see if I can share my link here.
Let's see.
I'm going to see if I can share this because I think what I want to do.
See if I can share this.
What I was looking at doing was saying, hey, if I want to share this with you so you could test it, that would kind of be a fun idea.
Working on that.
Yeah, here we go.
So what I'm going to do is I'm going to put in the comments.
All right, so in the comments now what I've done is I've added the, the link to take you to the clone. It allows you to test it out. It's called the Fairway Executive. That's kind of my, my online Instagram handle. I've had for, geez now a couple of decades and. But it is for swingput Media. Check it out, ask questions again. You can type it in or you can, you can actually have a conversation if you want A conversation. Let me just pull this up real quick and I'll share with it. I'll show you this real quick.
So if you want a conversation, all you're going to do is instead of, instead of typing below, you're just going to say, okay, I'm going to call Jeff. And when you call, then it is a voice activated. It'll work on, you know, laptop, desktop, it'll work on your phone. So it's, you know, you can kind of have me in your pocket to help you with your marketing questions. You could almost take me to a meeting, in fact, just like we did here. If you notice what it did, it was listening to the conversation. And so you could actually have it in the conversation. You know, you could almost set me up on a, on a tripod or prop up a phone and turn that on and engage me and then have me answer some questions as your marketing consultant. And I'm excited for it because I think it can help so many more people because there's only so many people I can talk to at one time on an individual basis. This allows you to ask very specific questions and then you can dial it in as deep as you want. I want to share something, too. I don't know if I mentioned this is. Whenever I give you information, say I give you a response on, you know, like we were talking about on the piece where it was for the florist and I made a suggestion. Well, what'll happen is there'll be a reference number next to my answer. So if you were using a typing or you wanted to get a transcript of it, it would give you the reference on there. You would click on that and it would show you where you got that or where my clone got that answer. It could be from a recent video, it could be from a blog post, it can be some social media. It could be from a uploaded PDF. In other words, it would allow you to validate that where I got the answer or the answer I gave you is, is valid. It's worth it. It's not something that just hallucinated, didn't make it up. So again, I want to say thank you for joining me. This is Jeff Harrison.
Let's see. I better just. I better just make sure I am on the screen.
And so this is Jeff for local marketing. This is my AI clone that I've trained with over a million bits of information over 15 years of knowledge, and it's constantly being updated with new posts and new information. So give it a spin. I put the information.
In the chat and you can check that out. All right. Hey, have a great afternoon. Take care.
