Jeff For Local Marketing shows how to reset a forgotten Facebook password. Log out, try logging in again, then click Forgot Password and follow Facebook's prompts. Takes just a few minutes to regain access.
let's say you've forgotten your password, but you, whenever you open up your Facebook app on your phone or your computer, it just mainly takes you in on that, but you don't know exactly what it is. Well, this is what I would do. I would go to your Facebook page and I would log out, and then I would try to log in again. And if the password doesn't auto-populate, then put something in there, and if it comes up wrong, just hit forgot password. And then go through the prompts that they give you to reset the password.
