Jeff and Art discuss whether to buy real estate now. Art says agents always claim it's the right time, but after pandemic rate and price spikes, the market has stabilized, which actually makes buying more reasonable.
And so I'm, I want to ask, hey, Art, is now a good time to buy? We keep waiting. I came, you know, I was up late last night. I was up early this morning. I'm looking at, man, I keep thinking. And I didn't want to send any messages to her this morning, like, are we going to break the 3 barrier?
Well, you know, yeah, it's, it's interesting because we've been saying now is a good time for a long time, and of course, now is a good time to buy. You know, that, that call to action, if you will, is, I think it lacks a little bit of credibility in recent years, I think, in the real estate world, you know, folks, consumers perceive, you know, real estate agents are always going to say now is the best time to buy. But given, you know, the difficult couple of years we've had coming out of the pandemic, with rates having shot up as much as they did and home prices having shot up as much as they did, I think we've settled into a period where things have stabilized. And I think stability brings more certainty. And that, I think, makes.
