Hi, I'm Jan, the gadget gal here at Kitchen Kitchen. And if you like roasted garlic as much as I do, you're gonna want to stop by and check out this cutie. It's called the Garlic Express, and it will make your garlic in 27 minutes flat. You can you simply wet the terracotta ring, pop it into the machine on the bottom, take your garlic, and what you're going to want to do is cut off the tops, put a little bit of olive oil, a little bit of salt, and put three full heads at one time into the apparatus, remove the handle, and then shut the door, press the button and relax or make the rest of your dinner. And while you're doing that, you are getting the most incredible roasted garlic you've ever had. What I like to do with it is mix it with a little bit of Parmesan cheese and butter and spread it on garlic bread, and it makes the best garlic bread you've ever had.
