A short YouTube gadget-demo from the Kitchen Kitchen series in which Jan (the "gadget gal") presents a flexible cutting board made by Charles Vansen. Jan demonstrates multiple uses: the board is flexible so it can bend to funnel chopped ingredients into a bowl, is knife-friendly (won't dull knives), heat-resistant and oven-safe (can go in at 425°F), doubles as a trivet, and is dishwasher-safe (safe for sanitizing after raw poultry). The clip is promotional in tone and highlights convenience and versatility.

Hi, I'm Jan, the gadget gal here at Kitchen Kitchen with this week's gadget of the week. This week's gadget is the incredible cutting board made by Charles Vansen. Not only can you cut on it and it won't dull your knife, but if you were to cut juicy, juicy things and wanted to direct them into your bowl, it bends. It's nice and flexible. So in the bowl go the ingredients. Also, if I were to just cut up a bunch of onions, I can take it right over to the fry pan and put it right into the fry pan without having to turn off the flame. Another great use for this because it can handle the heat of the oven. This can actually go on top of my lasagna pan and go straight in the oven to 425 and keep it from splattering all over the oven. And wait, there's more. You also can use this as a trivet. So now I've taken that lasagna pan out of the oven and I can set it on and use it as a trivet. The best part is it's dishwasher safe. So if I just cut a raw chicken on it, I can throw it in the dishwasher and sanitize it. Another great product from Kitchen Kitchen.
