Jeff For Local Marketing argues podcasts need video versions so viewers can catch facial expressions and eye contact that audio alone misses. He admits he struggles to produce content frequently enough, even though he knows he should.

If I am driving down the road, I can listen to the podcast. If I've decided I want to watch the rest of it. When I get to my destination, let's say I'm traveling and I get to my destination and I say, wow, I want to hear what the end of that podcast was all about. I can flip it on and there you are on YouTube. And now I get to see you, and I get to see your emotions. I see how your eyes are. I get to see your background and the environment you're in, and it takes on more senses. So I become, what, More connected with the viewer.
Now, most people won't do this. Just it's. That's. It's just that easy to not do it. I'll be honest with you, it's tough for me at times because, again, I have a digital marketing agency, and yes, I have a great staff, but I still stay busy. Sometimes I don't get a chance to create the content that I want as often as I want. Ideally for me, with as much new stuff that comes down the pike every day. I know some of you may not heard that term, but that comes online every day. I could be on here every day making content.
Could I? Absolutely. Should I? Absolutely.
