The Hidden Reason for Belly Bloat
10 Dec 2023 · 41 min
Jodi Jolene spent 19 years with a bloated, painful belly that looked nine months pregnant. She traces it to childhood trauma and suppressed emotions stored in body tissue. Her breakthrough came through emotional release work combined with energy practices, not diet or exercise alone.

Real quick, before we dive into this episode, I have a little sleep secret I want to tell you about. Look, sleep is crucial for your fitness, but it's crucial for just plain old everyday life and function. And I find I sleep great unless I have a migraine. And I've had more than my fair share since perimenopause all the way through postmenopause. My secret weapon was Blue Sky CBD sleep gels. Each gel contains 25mg of CBD and 25mg CBN for deep restorative sleep. Something about it helps to reduce inflammation, which I believe for me was key in helping me get to sleep. But the biggest thing is so many of the over-the-counter solutions, whether for sleep or migraines, can ruin gut health, and liver health. Neither one of those did I want to be problematic for me. So this option is recommended by healthcare providers worldwide and backed by thousands of happy customers, many of whom come from our Flipping 50 community. There is zero THC, so it's non-habit-forming. It's made by a trusted family-owned company that we all can feel good about. Third-party tested for purity and potency. And if you're interested, you too can try a sample for just $6. But even better, you can get 30% off forever with discount code FLIPPING50. That's FLIPPING50. Just go to flipping50.com/blueskycbd. We'll put that link in the show notes and you'll find it everywhere on Flipping 50 at My Favorites. What are you waiting for? Good night. If you are struggling with weight loss resistance, a chronic pain or injury, or gut issues, there may be a hidden reason for belly bloat and so many other things. The answer is not more exercise and less food. The answer is something you may not have addressed yet in your life. Warning: this episode talks more about energy, yours, and vibrational energetics, and you may or may not be ready for it. I recently have shared several products from whole body vibration to a skincare system supporting skin quality and collagen to scalar energy products and found that not all of our community is comfortable with these concepts. I'm Debra Atkinson. You're listening to Flippy 50, where I address your top struggles and concerns, and I share what to eat, how to move, and how to change your mindset so that you can have the energy and the vitality that you want, need, and deserve in this second and better half. Look, the first time that you and I hear something new we often— this is human nature— reject it. We ridicule it. It's hocus pocus. And throughout history, this has been true. Inventors, creators, innovators of things that we now, you and I, use every day, then take for granted, like electricity, were— they were first looked at as insane. They were ridiculed. Until they weren't. And then it's human nature to finally adopt it and pretend it was ours all along, right? If this is the first time that you're hearing about vibrational energy or these concepts, your reaction may be that of skepticism or ridicule or wondering, why am I relating to these kinds of concepts. And the reason is because it's often not an exercise, it's not an exercise protocol, it's not more days a week or a longer or shorter workout that will help you get what you need. If we have dialed in the exercise prescription, if we've dialed in the nutrition with reasonable terms and your habits, your sleep, the way you're dealing with stress, at least now in your life, we've got that in a responsible place, then it's time to look elsewhere. And trust me, this is the 40th year that I've been doing this full-time. There are hard cases. There are instances where I'm working with someone and they are doing everything right. And that is when it is time to have the conversation that, have you looked into this, that this could be a possibility? All I can do is ask the questions. I am not a practitioner who goes there, does that level of work with someone, but I am someone who can help identify when it is time to potentially consider that as a factor. So Here's the thing. This is a reality for many people who've lived with childhood trauma. ACEs, the adverse childhood experiences, is— that's the acronym. The storage of emotion in tissue of the body. It's not new and it is based on science. Did you know that adults who survived adverse childhood experiences have life expense expectancies of 20 years shorter than the rest of us due to diseases. I mean, this is directly applicable to trauma is stored in our tissue. Now, that may result in bursitis or a chronic lower back issue or gut issues like bloating, as you'll hear from my guest today. But I want you, if you can, to keep an open mind. And if you are finding you've got obstacles in your fitness pursuit and cannot understand why, you might want to stay tuned. My guest today is Jodi Jolene. She's a health expert known for helping people age healthier, banish bloat, IBS, and other chronic health conditions for good, and reclaim their health permanently. Jodi herself suffered for years with chronic health issues that no doctor could ever fix, and a belly so bloated she always looked 9 months pregnant. And we're talking for almost 2 decades. Though discovering her own methodology, then she went from looking very pregnant to a flat stomach, and she tapped into the secrets of getting healthier as you age. Jodi figured out how to master her own health, and now she teaches others to do the same. And we have a very candid discussion today, so I hope you will join me and stick around. And I look forward to hearing your comments, pro or con. We look forward to hearing them, and I listen and read every single one. Jodi Jolene, thank you so much for joining me.
Yes, I'm so happy to be here.
And I'm so happy I got your last name right.
It's a tongue twister.
We talk about that in the green room and it's not really a tongue twister, but it's not what I would think it was from print. And so listeners, you all know me. I'm like, okay, if it could be slaughtered, I might do it. So tell me how, tell me how to present that.
And it flows. It's like Jodi Jelinek. It just kind of—
it does. You— so is that your maiden name, or did you marry? Well, oh, it is.
I married, but I went back to my maiden name.
Very nice. Very nice. Okay, so first of all, we like to dig into everybody's dirt. You know, I'm from a small town. We're good gossipers, and that's not where we're going necessarily, but I think everybody loves to know the backstory of you know, why is it that you're doing what you're doing, helping people with health? And what was your own personal journey? Because so very often that is the spark that triggers it.
Totally. It's totally the spark. And it's, it's, yeah, it was quite the journey. I one day ended up looking like I was 9 months pregnant, and that lasted for 19 years. So no, I was not pregnant for 19 years. Yeah, it was horrible. And that's not even to mention the pain, the the constant bathroom, like hours a day, you know, curled up in a fetal position, couldn't breathe. I didn't want to go anywhere because I remember trying to stand up straight and pretending I was okay. You know how we wear those masks like, oh, I'm good, you know, but I can't breathe, you know, and I'm trying to stand up straight. And because I wasn't able, there was no room, there was no room to breathe. And the pain was so much that, yeah, it was no fun. And And I'm somebody like, I've literally studied health and self-development since I was 22 years old. And I've always eaten well. So, diet was never my issue. And I studied health, self-development because I was trying to get over my childhood trauma and abuse. And so, not realizing that this bloat was from the past. And when I was young, I used to hold my breath so I wouldn't cry because I didn't want anyone to know how much pain I was in. And so I'm a hider. I still catch myself, oh, wait, are you hiding? That was my MO, hide and not open up and all of that. Because, of course, as a little child, it's not safe.
Yeah. And you don't have the skills to cope with it any other way. So that's what you do, right? Yeah.
Yeah. And so, of course, that's going to show up later in life because you didn't heal it. And I had done a lot of work. Like, I have done self-development work, literally, like I said, since I was 22. And here I am years later looking 9 months pregnant and really and it's like, I should know this. I know this stuff. I've studied it. I know how to do this. I know health, you know, and, and yet everything I did did not work. And then years later, after my divorce, I had a friend that said to me, she stayed with me for a short time. She needed a place. I said, well, come and stay with me. And she looked at me and she goes, what on earth are you doing? And I said, what? And she's like, you're going to kill yourself. Like, you are— like, I was stressed to the max, you know, and I'm a single mom and I'm trying to make ends meet and I'm, you know, no sleep, work, work, work, work, work. And she goes, you need to slow down. And I knew I did because I had broken my ankle, which told me to slow down. But I was like, are you nuts? I told her because my reality then was like, if I slowed down, I'll never get anything done. But yet I knew she was right. And that was like my first thing that I did to really start healing. I was just healing stress. And I did some other things, like I learned how to deeply love myself, which I didn't know was a factor in how my body functioned, you know. And so I did some things that all of a sudden my stomach got flat and I was like, what happened? Like, you know, I've been working on this for years and all of a sudden all that huge belly is gone. And I was like, oh my God, it was emotional. And so how I really knew it was emotional is one day my phone rang and I had been with an abusive narcissist, which was my really my big wake-up call. So after my divorce, I was in a relationship with someone and he was very verbally abusive and it literally brought me to my knees. And, but I had to get there in order to say never again, never again. And that was where I really worked on healing the deeper wounds inside. Like, why did I even attract this into my life? You know? And now it's like a man like that would never show up in my space because I don't resonate on that level because of the healing I did. But anyway, so I'll tell you, so my phone rang and my friend happened to be over that day. I looked down and it was him and instantly my stomach got huge. This is where I was kind of still healing, but I was feeling good that day. And I looked at her, I looked at her and I pointed to my belly. I go, look. And it— because it immediately got big. And that's when I knew it was emotional.
Wow. Yeah. Wow, that's pretty amazing.
Yeah.
What, what do you think— and this is so very speculative, I almost hate to ask this question— but what do you think would have happened had this perfect storm not ever come up, I mean, the friend hadn't come over and you would have continued to struggle through this yourself, do you think you would have realized what was going on?
Maybe eventually, and I'll tell you, I can feel the emotion in my body when you said that, like, oh my God, you know, like, wow, if I didn't heal this, I don't know, like, Yeah, I mean, because it'll only get worse, you know, that's just how it is. You will get worse and worse and worse and worse if you don't work on it. And yeah, maybe I would have eventually figured it out, but, um, yeah, I, yeah, I think I'd be in really bad shape.
And this is so— I'm gonna unpack something, or attempt to, and I feel like I'm going to, um, do a really poor job of this. So listeners, I'm going to let you know in advance, but I think right now there's a lot of unpacking we're doing here on this podcast about some areas of fitness and health and wellness less related only to muscle and to bone and brain health that come directly from exercise. And yet this is so relevant, I feel like I need to almost take this brief intermission and, and tie it together for you, because I feel I have a responsibility because I am privileged to work with so many of you women in midlife who come for the— I want more muscle, I want to maintain my bone density, I want to get my strength back, and I, I want to figure out why I can't lose this belly fat or get exercises that'll help me do that. And yet it it isn't as direct as we want it to be. It isn't as tangible as we want it to be. And that's why people like Jodi are here. And it takes, you know, opening this up and really the bravery and the courage of looking a little bit deeper beyond how many repetitions and sets do I do. And so I feel like, in fairness, listener who feel like, why are you tackling this topic and this is so far off range. It is not. It is really right on target, and there are so many things that could be related and in the way, an obstacle. So, Jodi, first of all, thanks for being here. Thanks for bearing with me while I kind of unpack that for everybody. But I mean, how much had you tried? I mean, the first things that you, that you would try as a woman often are, you know, dieting, cutting things out, exercising more. I mean, for how long did you go there?
Yeah, well, I started exercising and weightlifting since I was 20, so that was not a thing. Like, that was just who I am, so that wasn't something I had to add. Yeah. Um, so that, that wasn't a factor. I mean, of course, I'm sure it helped me, you know. Of course, exercise is huge. I— yeah, it's And, and yeah, getting your body strong is, is so important in it. And I feel like in a way that was my only, uh, vice at the time. Not vice, no, that's not the right word. The only thing that really helped me, um, to make— to help my body move, because I had zero, zero metabolism. Nothing moved through my body, nothing. And so the exercise was the only only one of the things that would help my body just get some movement, you know, so important to move.
What about dieting? Did you impose diets and try that route?
Yeah, I, you know, I always ate healthy. So really, I just like, literally, I think I was eating maybe brown rice and a few veggies for like, a couple, 3 years. You know, I tried to cut everything out, but diet was never my issue because I always ate healthy, but I still thought, "Well, maybe there's one of these healthy things that is affecting me." But no. See, we tend to think it's the food right away, especially when we have digestive issues like, "Oh, I must be eating something." People don't know this, okay? Your emotions get trapped in your body. So, we are energy. Everything is energy. Your emotions have energy. Your thought patterns have energy. And when you have these past emotional wounds, and we all do, we all have wounds, we live in this world, you know, there's lots of wounding to be done in this world. And so, we carry those. And when we don't work through them and heal them, that energy of that emotion gets trapped in the body and it will show up as symptoms. And this is what symptoms are. Symptoms are your body's way of speaking to you. Your body is telling me, hey, I need some attention here. See, I was getting mad at my stomach, like, why are you doing this? But actually it was a gift when my stomach was telling me, you need to heal at a deeper level. These wounds that you have been sucking and stuffing down all your life.
Hmm. Wow. Okay.
Yeah.
So what do you say to somebody who maybe is struggling with weight or, or an injury? You know, I mean, it could also be that, and they've really tried everything. Say they've done physical therapy, they changed their diet, they, they have done the elimination diet, they have figured out all the probiotics and the prebiotics and all the things. And, and yet a part of them is still reluctant to, to believe this is more than hocus pocus. Mm-hmm.
Yeah, yeah. If you really get energy Like I said, everything is energy. And we have come so far from nature because your body, we're nature, our bodies know exactly what to do to heal. Your body is a miraculous, amazing machine. Think about the things you put in it. Think about the abuse, you ignore it, you're disconnected from your body. We have so many chemicals in this world. Crappy food and your body's still functioning. You know, you're still probably walking around. So, your body knows what to do to heal. You just have to give it the right things that it needs or release the trapped emotions. And once they release, your body will automatically go back to homeostasis. So, we are taught that you've gotta go take a pill and blah, blah, blah, but you are not getting to the root. It's so important to get to the root issue. And if you've been chronically ill and having this for a long time, what you're doing is not working. And that might be a big ouch, but it's time to try something different. You know, like, just, you know, open, open and expand that. Wow, maybe this is a possibility that, you know, when I broke up with so-and-so and, you know, I still feel the wounds and I'm afraid to date or, you know, whatever it is. There's wounding there and that wounding gets in the body. And maybe you grew up in a home that wasn't so good and you didn't feel loved or you had some abuse or trauma or whether it's minor or major, it doesn't matter. It's still major to you. And these things stay with us. They just do until we work through them and Yeah, it, it does show up in the body. I promise you, you, when you release it, you will know for sure, like, wow, that really was that trapped energy in there. And until you get to the roots, you're not going to release it.
So you've worked with so many people, so I'm going to ask you this. So is there always pain associated, or is it sometimes just excess weight?
It can be both. Yeah. I mean, not always pain, but usually if you're overweight, you've got inflammation and that's pain.
Yeah.
I had inflammation. I remember I— there was a time when I got up in the morning and I had to take one step at a time to go down the stairs because of inflammation in my body. Yeah. So yeah, typically people are inflamed.
So are there specific places where the body will store emotion in tissue, or does it vary per individual, or does it vary even per type of trauma?
It varies. I mean, it can vary, but we have such a connection to our gut. And our gut really is the health of our whole body. But yeah, it can be trapped in other areas. Like people can have, you know, they might develop like heart disease, you know. So, you know, that's a symptom of something deeper. People could have developed something in their uterus, but it is— if you give your body what it needs, it will heal naturally. It does. We're not deficient on taking a pill. We're deficient on maybe nutrients or that energy trapped in the body. Hmm.
So very interesting. What would be somebody's first step who wanted to explore this?
Well, first you've got to figure out, okay, what emotion is affecting me? How do I know I have these trapped emotions in my body and what are they? And I have a quiz that helps people, and it's a quiz to help you figure out what your hidden root emotions are that are keeping your body hostage, you know, keeping it bloated, overweight. You know, pain or IBS. And you really got to figure out what the root cause is, what that root emotion is, and then, and then how to heal it. So my quiz actually tells you what you need to do to heal it too.
Very cool. And is it something, in your experience, is it something that someone can usually do for themselves, or is it something that usually it requires going through it with someone else.
It does require going through it with someone else because you are blind to your own stuff. We all are. It's not anything unique to anyone. It's how we're designed. It's a safety thing because we don't want to look at those parts of us. I mean, who does, right? We don't want to see that. But when you do, that's when you can heal it. And when you do that and you go a little deeper, your life will just blossom. I mean, what's on the other side? If I look at my journey and where I was to where I am now, I mean, it's incredible. You know, like, like I said earlier, like a man that's abusive would never show up in my space because I've healed all of that. So you know, and it's like this heals your body, but I'm telling you, it heals everything in your life too. Not just your body. It heals your life in general because what you put out is what comes back to you. We're energy and think of it like a boomerang, you know, when you are feeling down. And I know one of my big things when I was young was shame. Like, shame is the lowest of the lowest of vibrational energies. And I was in shame. I had shame from abuse. And so I'm vibrating shame out in the world. And, you know, where now it's like, you know, very high vibration. And then things come to you at a high vibration.
Let me back you up just a little bit. Well, I have two things I'm going to back way up to, but what you just said about shame, say a little bit more about that. Where's the shame come from? From the fact that, like, you're hiding a secret, you can't tell anybody? Yeah. Or do you, as someone who suffered abuse, feel somehow responsible?
Damaged. I felt damaged. I felt like damaged goods. Yeah. Yeah. So it was— I had a lot of different kinds of abuse, but I also had sexual abuse, and so you think that you're damaged because, hey, you're a little kid, you know? And I didn't tell anyone until I was in my 30s. So you keep that inside, you know, as a secret because I don't know, you just make up this stuff about you. And I had this thing that I said a lot of my life, way into my adulthood, nobody cares, nobody cares, nobody cares. And this was a way I used to numb myself. I'd hold my breath as an adult too, not realizing it. It was just a habit that I learned and I would think nobody cares and I would just keep to myself and I would withdraw and hide because it's safer. We all go through those experiences at one point in our life or another when we've been hurt by something and it's just our natural instinct to, okay, you shouldn't say that because it's not safe. You know?
Mm-hmm. Wow. Yeah. Thank you for sharing that.
Okay.
Now I want to go back and just talk a little bit about— I mean, you— so female doing this and talking about energy and healing the energy and the root cause. How long have you been doing that?
For about 10 years.
Okay.
More on a deeper level, you know, since I've healed. The, the belly.
So, and I've seen your website and your pictures, and yeah, there's no sign of bloat there. So you look amazing, first of all.
Thank you.
Um, when you first started, so 10 years ago, and I'm thinking this is after the fact, The Secret, right, with Rhonda Burns came out, and that was really mainstream becoming more aware of, you know, energy and positive vibrations. And, and yet a lot of people kind of thought, oh, that's so woo-woo. How did people look at you when you started doing this and talking about what you were doing?
Yeah, well, I'm used to people looking at me like I'm different my whole life because I'm very alternative. I've always been very alternative. I don't follow the typical route because— and I, and, you know, I think that's one reason I have such great health. I don't look anywhere near my age. Um, and so, um, so yeah, so I don't know. I think people are a little more receptive. Like, when I talked about health 20 years ago, some people didn't like it. They did not like it. And so I, you know, I'm a speaker. I've been speaking for years and years, you know, 20 years ago. And people are more receptive now to it. So 10 years ago, yeah, I think they were more receptive, but I just keep repeating it over to help them like integrate it. And yeah, I see energy. I'm clairvoyant. So that's another thing that came out since my healing too is my abilities and stuff. And so I actually see energy. So I explain that to people. I can even sometimes see words, like not the energy of words coming out of my mouth. I know that might sound crazy to people, but we, I mean, okay, let's think of an EKG. Okay, you hook an EKG to you. What is that reading? Energy. There's no tubes going into your heart. Okay, that's all reading energy. So everybody's familiar with an EKG or somewhat familiar of how they work. That's reading energy. So, and if you look at your life, you could probably go, oh yeah, when I started going south with my thoughts and things started going not the way I liked. And then things would get worse and worse throughout the day. You're putting that energy out and you're getting that energy back. But think of when you're in a high vibe, you get all dressed up and you feel great and you, you feel good in your body and you, you go out and, you know, things come to you in a, in a higher vibrational way. You can, you can look back at your life and see this. This is a thing. We're not taught it. But it— everything is energy. Everything.
So good. Okay, so I want to do this today. So let's give somebody like 3 things to raise their energy, 3 easy things just today that they could— that a listener could do. What would be 3 examples?
Well, changing a thought pattern So if you're feeling like nothing's going my way or that type of thing, that right there can shift your energy. Because if you're feeling bad about yourself or you look in the mirror and you rip on yourself, say something different to yourself. Well, you look beautiful, or, oh, your eyes are sparkling today, or whatever it is you can muster. Up to shift that one thought just another level higher than what you're thinking. I mentioned dressing up a minute ago. Like, if you wear something that you feel good in, how do you feel? You know, when you know you look good, right?
You've been there.
You know you look good. Do that. Wear those. Get rid of the clothes that are sitting there that you never wear. Put something good on that you feel good in and get rid of the things that you put on and you don't feel good in. Like, I look back at clothes I had before and even like I had these big baggy t-shirts. I wore a lot of baggy clothes back then, you know, when my belly was big. And so I moved and, you know, stuff got like kind of stuffed away. And, you know, quite a few years ago, I found some t-shirts and things, different things that I had that were kind of big. And I'm like, oh, it's just a t-shirt, right? I'll wear it to bed. I couldn't even put it on my body. I was like, oh God, no. You know, it lowered my vibration. So what you wear does make a difference in how you feel.
Yeah, it's so true. I think, you know, I've had my colors done and, yeah, you know, it's made such a difference. Yeah, you know, and before I did that, I thought about the investment and it was like, am I gonna regret this, right? Because, yeah, it's not— it's something to take seriously, you know. And then I realized, oh my goodness, you know, and in, in ways It's like I do this so easily in my environment. My home, I realized, was in those colors.
Oh, nice.
And yet my wardrobe was not. Like, I'm drawn to certain colors, I like them, but they don't necessarily like me back. Yeah, you know, like I could stand in front of the mirror in one of those bright colors that I love and am drawn to But it's not anything like when I put on a color that is like in my palette. Now it's like, I can see it. Oh my God.
I know, right?
Yeah, like what, what was I doing all those years? So I so love that. And that, right, even is in form of energy. So for some of you, you know, those things that you go, like your lucky shirt, it's probably in your color, like the one you go to and love and know 'Okay, I'm gonna wear this,' because, because of whatever reason that you have. Yeah, I love that whole idea. Okay, so, so awesome. I want to, I want to say this too. So as a coach, I mean, having that, I mean, you really got an inside track with the clairvoyance, right? I mean, you've, you've got to really have kind of that— you've got the sixth sense. I think that we all do. I think You know, it's— we always hear, you know, everybody has the ability to tap into it. We just— some of us don't enough, you know, or as much. And maybe we're not comfortable with it, or we're allowing ourselves to be busy so that either we can't or we don't. But that's got to be a real asset to you in coaching. Does it ever startle the people that you're working with? That you can do that?
No, it doesn't. And I'm an energy healer too. And that, like, it just comes through me. And yeah, I know what to do. You just start tapping into that stuff and it just comes more and more, you know? And yeah, it's like you said, it's, you know, you listening right now have that. You, when you heal these things that are holding you back and raise your vibration, those things start coming in. You've just got a little density because, you know, there's energy and you have dense energy where it's denser in these bodies because we are spiritual beings, we're energy. And the less dense you become by eating healthier and releasing those trapped emotions, when you do that, more of your abilities will come in.
I so love that. Okay, so Jodi, before we wrap up, I want to make sure that we don't let this go. So tell everyone, you're actually— you have a new project going on, you're hosting an event. Tell us a little bit more about that, and how are you tackling like this whole idea and supporting women as, you know, a midlife woman yourself?
Yeah. So it's called the Heal from Within series. So it's healfromwithin.com, and, and Debra's a speaker. And it's— it is because you have to heal from within, really, if you want to have the kind of health you want, the body you want.
You—
it really takes going within. And so it's talking to different people all around the world that have all gone within to heal, to heal their body, to heal things in their life, even their love life. It takes going within. That is so, so, so huge. Okay. It's not out there. It's not outside of us. You've got to go within in order to heal. So this whole series is a whole bunch of people that have done that. And so what's amazing is you know, all these great speakers and they all offer free gift and you can opt into their gift, whatever resonates with you the most. And so they'll all give you different things that they have done, different strategies that they have done to heal from within.
And it's very cool.
Yeah. Starts December 12th.
So awesome. Which is a great time of year, I think. Because I, and I hate to speak for everybody listening, but I think this is a time when we are a little bit more spiritual. Even if you're not religious, you know, I think we all feel this greater sense of connection during the holiday season, that we're more similar than we're different, you know, with other people in the world. And that may be as deep as it goes for you, but for others of us who actually have a religion or, you know, declare spirituality, it just Seems like this is kind of a magical time of year in spite of anything else that might be going on in the world. There is this thing that collectively pulls us all together.
Yeah, for sure.
So very awesome. Okay, so in the show notes, everybody, we will have the link to that. And, uh, you know, think about what are you doing and what have you tried to tackle yourself with all of the tangible things. And if you're ready and you're open to something This is also a great one to share, and I so appreciate that you would do that for us because it really matters that we all get to the bottom of things. And you never know if someone has been dealing with a problem and doing everything they can for a very long time and deserves results but isn't getting them. It may be that she hasn't had the right tool. So thank you again for sharing, Jodi. Thanks for being here.
And I'll say one thing quick that you inspired me. It's like when you heal your body also and, you know, lose the weight, whatever it is that you want, you raise your vibration. And when you raise your vibration, that also raises the vibration of the planet. Like, you are that powerful. So, so important.
