What's up, fellas? How you guys doing? Great to see everybody. People ask me all the time, like, coach, what's your culture like? What are you going to build at Texas? What do you want your players to think about? Who are they? Like, what are you going to preach? What's that word? Right? It's really simple. For me, it comes down to two words. Always compete. Our job is to build the fire. Your job is simply to put your head down, trust the process, honor the process, and just really compete in everything that you do. When you're in the University of Texas, there's nowhere to hide. Every sport is either trying to win a national championship or on the threshold of winning it. When you have a team full of competitors, when we have a group which truly about that, you're going to develop, we're going to have a great time, and we're going to become that program on this campus that we're supposed to become. All right, Compete on three. One, two, three. Compete.
