To win a championship. One year you might win it through the post, the next year you might win it through great guard play. Maybe it's a defensive team, it's an offensive team, but the style of play is going to change. So when you start looking at characteristics, if you want to compare the last five championship teams in your league, it's not probably going to be style of play. Players change, coaches playing. But I think when you really start studying championship teams, there's one thing that I think is a non negotiable. There's one thing I think is an absolute. I don't think you can win a championship with a negative culture. I know you can't. I don't think you can. We might win some games along the way, but you're not going to be the winner. There's only one winner, the winner for our sport Monday night about 10:30pm when you get the trophy. And so I think we start studying that like I believe that all championship teams have a positive culture. Doesn't mean you don't have tough days, tough conversations, bad moments. But all things considered, you have a positive culture. To me, the foundation of that is I've studied this and really believe this.
