This YouTube video features Coach K describing a system of 'decisive talk' used to improve team offense and defense by teaching direct, truth-telling communication, strong facial expressions, and assertive body language. The excerpt emphasizes looking teammates in the eye, using decisive gestures (e.g., forming a fist, 'we're in five') to build unity, and maintaining strength especially under pressure. A brief sportscaster line follows the coach's remarks.

Well, there are things besides offense and defense that make a team. And offense and defense becomes better if you learn how to talk. We call it teaching, a system of communication where we look each other in the eye, tell each other the truth. And it has to be decisive talk. It can't be where you're talking with your palms up. Let me talk to you about. No, that's not the talk we're talking about. We're talking about decisive talk where. Watch, screen. I've got you. We're in five. And so when you talk this way, you can form a fist, you can form five people being together. And that's what talk does. We also try to teach having strong faces and body language. You have a choice to make. Do you want to show weakness or do you want to show strength? And a lot of people can show strength when things are going well. But in the heat of a battle or after a mistake, can you be strong then? And I think looking strong, talking strong precedes being strong. And that's what we try to teach on a day to day basis in our program.
