There's a lot of dead time on the golf course, a lot of time walking between shots. It might be a good idea to try and utilize that time or try and make the most of that time. By really working on your sort of body language and your posture and sort of exuding confidence. I found that you can really sort of almost trick yourself into feeling good out there on the golf course. I know Tiger woods has like a phrase that he sort of tries to feel and his saying to himself is I'm 10ft tall and bulletproof. Which just means that anything that's thrown at him on the golf course, he's going to be able to deal with and just have that self belief in himself that I can deal with anything that comes my way out here on the course. So make the most of the dead time in rounds, time walking between shots, and also when you walk into your shot, deep breath, chest out, really go into it with a positive frame of mind. I definitely believe that you can create that confidence on the golf course.
