When you worry about results, like so many people in our society do, it makes it tough to ever be happy. So we don't concern ourselves with the results. We try to focus on what exactly it is that we want to achieve, which is unbelievable effort, toughness and resiliency and relentless effort. And we just keep saying the same words over and over so the kids understand that's what matters. And if you do that, you'll usually get good results.
