This is a YouTube video titled "Leaders Need to Connect and Empower Aaron Glen" containing a monologue from January 26, 2025, where the speaker discusses the importance of influence in leadership and the responsibility to positively impact those they interact with, similar to the care given to one's children.

Here's how I sum up leadership. There's really one word. It's influence. And everybody I come in contact with, I want to influence them in some positive way.
And I take that. I don't take that for granted when it comes to players because that's my responsibility. It's almost the same as my children. I want to make sure that everybody I come in contact with that when they leave ag, that they have something positive to say.
