Chapters

When I was defined. Positive culture. I'm talking about a behavioral lifestyle. A lifestyle that brings energy and ignites enthusiasm by the way you think, the way you act, the way you interact, and how you connect with others. It's showing up every single day. You got to come ready to grow, you got to come ready to learn, and you got to take ownership of being a caretaker and a caregiver. And most importantly, create memorable experiences that add value and growth to others. A positive coach is the heart and soul of any organization. So if you want to win, don't focus on the winning. You focus on the culture, the people, and the process that produce the wins. People hear about what's important, but a leader must create a culture where people feel what's important.
