Well, I think you never really know what's gonna pop into your mind at every, at any given point. But I think when something undesirable pops into your mind, that's when you just have to, you know, replace that with a better thought and visualize the ball going in the hole or visualize, you know, sometimes when I'm reading a putt, I see myself over the putt and hitting the pot and the ball going in the hole. Like, to me that's a big visualization key to me in the third person. In the third person. So I see myself and I see myself, you know, making a swing or making a stroke and yeah, that's a big thing for me. So if something does pop into your head of like a flashback to a certain moment that you haven't done what you've wanted to, just replace it with, you know, with that visualization. And that's something that works well for me.
