I go back in time to my rookie year and tell my younger self one thing, it would be to be more organized and to build better habits. I think I attacked everything with volume. Shoot hundreds of shots every day. If I could change that, I'd have a little more design and plan. What are the shots you take in a game? How can I attack each of those shots in a way that I could track my improvement? I think the same is so important for people out there on whatever their health journey is, being much more targeted and organized rather than, yeah, I lifted weights again. That's three times this week. Give yourself an opportunity to succeed. Have attainable progressions. Make a plan. Create an environment that allows you to succeed.
