We search for hacks and shortcuts and listicles and the secrets and there are no hacks, secrets, tips, tricks. There are none. Especially in this game of mastery, especially when it comes to performing well and flourishing. There aren't any. You would recognize that you wouldn't want your surgeon to be a hack, your tattoo artist to be a hack, correct? We don't have any hacks. There are no shortcuts or tricks. This is about the heavy lifting, doing the difficult lonely work to understand and explore and discover and that's what this work is really about for all of us to do. And social media is changing the game for us and as custodians of real information based in science and grounded theories we owe it to our customers and ourselves to know that science forward and backward to add to the science, to thank the scientists in the room, those of us in the applied field. We don't have anywhere to go without good science.
