A short monologue (YouTube video) advising prospective NCAA players and goaltenders that the program requires non-negotiable work ethic and competitiveness. The coach emphasizes that players will face good shooters and may give up goals, but must compete on every shot, avoid bad body language, and immediately focus on the next play.

One thing we look for. This is non negotiable player or goaltender work ethic and compete. If you're lazy and you don't compete, it won't work in our program. You're going to get beat. There's good shooters out there and you're going to give up some goals. I'm okay with that. As long as you're competing on every single shot. And if the puck does go in, it's always about the next shot. No bad body language. You know, how do I make the next save?
