You know, I think something that feels true to me is that like the customer portal is a really important part of the experience. Can, can we talk about the customer portal for a minute and what we observe here? Gio, can you pull that up?

This is the customer portal.

So this is my customer portal. I can see the plan I'm on. What else do we notice? Anything else? Basically that we can't see usage. Is that the primary observation?

It's that You can't do add-ons, you can't see your usage, and you're billed on usage. So that's pretty opaque and would create a little bit of a trust problem to me if I get a bill that does not reflect this.
