This is a YouTube video titled "Your AI Agents Are Too Complex" containing a monologue or talk discussing the components and development stages of AI systems, including data orchestration, decision-making, multi-agent collaboration, and human evaluation. The content is from January 21, 2025, and focuses on AI system design complexity.
Some of the major components of building AI systems is really context is king. So you need data and access to data and you need to have really good orchestration of it. And I think about Tesla self driving ecosystem that goes from L1 to L5 is like the range of autonomy that you have. And so whenever you start off with AI systems, you want to start off with L1 because you want to start looking at, you know, how are these AI systems interacting. The next component of that is how do you take these AI systems and make a decision and then take actions? It gets the information, it makes one small decision and takes one small action. And then you add on capabilities where it starts adding on multiple steps of reasoning and multiple avenues of action. And then you move into like not just having one agent, but having multiple agents that are specialized working together. And I always tell people who are starting with agents that evaluations, evals, and that's where the human component comes in the beginning. Hey, this action was actually really great, or it was not that great, that goes back into the system, improves it self heals it and it's able to continue to improve.
