Hello, everybody. Happy Sunday. This is Glenn Bill checking in from the University of Attitude here in Broad Ripple, Indiana. So good to be back with you. I had a little road trip. I want to thank the Realtor association of the Sioux Empire for having me speak. I also want to thank Residential Warranty Services for having me speak to them this week. Lots of keynotes this week, lots of home sales. And you know what? We're just living the life that you only dream of. And that's what we're going to talk a little bit about today, as we did from the stage this past week, about your dreams and where you want to go. And we are here on Attitude awareness day, number 19 in April. I hope everybody had a great Attitude Awareness Day. Actually, this is attitude day 18. Of course, I missed it. But anyway, I hope you had a great Attitude Awareness day on the 15th. I hope you follow us at the University of Attitude, Attitude Movement, and at our podcast, the Get Attitude Podcast. If you're on right now, I would love you to say hi. I'd love to see who is out there talking. It is Sunday, and I just thought I'd give you a quick little acronym for Sunday, that if you're watching this, you're seeing it go by. And I just hope, as I always hope every single day that I'm here with you, that I'm giving you inspiration and encouragement for you to live a life that's bigger than you have now, that's happier than you have now, and the life that you truly deserve. So let's start with our acronym on Sunday. S. Well, of course, it's the word start. I love this. The great Les Brown asked me. He said, actually it wasn't. It was George Bernard Shaw that said this. If you could meet any person in the world, who would it be? I would love you to think about that and whether you're watching now or not. But if you could meet any person in the world, who would you wish to meet? George Bernard said. George Bernard Shaw said this. You know what? I would love to meet the man that I never was. I would love to meet the man that I never was. My guess is that there are two people that sit in the chair you're in now. That who you are and that who you wish to be. And so many of us are not able to meet the person that we wish to be when we talk about dreaming, which I started about, I want you and I hope and I pray that you look at your life and this gift called life as something more than you're doing right now. And I don't know what it is for you. I know what it is for us. At the University of Attitude, we hope to change the world one attitude at a time. And the word start the S in Sunday is this, that it's never too late to be who you might have been. That was from George Eliot. So S for Sunday is start. I don't care what it is. I hope you start exercising today. I hope you start eating right. Maybe you start a book, Maybe you start listening to the Get Attitude podcast. I don't know. But if you want to boost your attitude for the month of April, I'm sure if you start something that will immediately change your state, make you more positive, you is to understand, you know, nothing in life is meant to be feared, only to be understood. I'm not sure what fears you're facing right now. I'm not sure if you don't understand why what is happening to you is happening to you. But I can tell you this. The more that we seek to understand, as St. Francis said, the more life may make sense to us, the less we have to fear. When I look at all the tension, all the anger, all the. All the hate, if we just stopped fearing and started to try to understand, I think would be good. So my challenge to you with the you is that maybe you look at a situation or a person that you're having trouble with in your life and you try to understand that problem or that person at a higher level. Again, I'm pretty sure that's going to boost your attitude. N is for now, fantastic saying. Many people have said this. If you're depressed, probably because you're living in the past, and if you're anxious, it's probably because you're living in the future. And if you are at peace, well, it's probably best guessed that you're living in the present. When is now a good time? We talked about starting. Certainly we haven't started now when we should. But now is really just a plea or a thought that are we really living in the present or are we living in the past, which makes us depressed? Or the future, which can cause us lots of anxious? It's a gorgeous day where I am. The sun's out, it's warm. I hope that you guys just take an hour or two just to be present with yourself. Let all the stress from the past week go. Let all the stress from the next week's appointments go and just live in the present, live in the now. Certainly a big attitude boost D is for Dream, right? How many remember this poem or this song? A dream is a wish your heart makes, right? I love that. Do you have a wish in your heart? You have a dream in your heart and if you do, I'd encourage you to write about it and have it come into fruition. But the song continues when you're fast asleep. In dreams you will loose your heartache, Right? Whatever you wish for, you keep. This is from Disney. Have faith in your dreams that someday your rainbow will come smiling through no matter how your heart is grieving if you keep on believing that dream that you wish will come true. So I hope that you just know that you pray on your dreams, you sleep on your dreams, and that you have a dream. I can tell you we were with a ton of dream builders and dream makers over the past week, working with them on their attitudes and dial up that little song on your iPad or on your Apple tunes or itunes and just listen to it and focus on your dream. Just know that if you keep dreaming, it will come true. Are you know the word R A, R, E? I like that word because when I looked up what it was, it's used as a linking verb. Most of the time it connects the subject with the other parts of the sentence. So when we look at improving our attitude and our acronym of Sunday and the word are, I want you to think of yourself as a linker or a connector. And I think one thing that you can do that will boost your attitude this week is to simply connect two people, right? Certainly there is somebody you know with somebody else. You know that if we could link or connect them together would enhance their life. This might be one of the funnest exercises of today. I know I got a few people I'm going to be linking and connecting this week, so let's try to do that with the letter a and then the last one is Y and Sunday, which is you. And the bottom line is, guys, you are in control. You are in control of your thoughts, you're in control of your emotions. The way you dedicate yourself to the way you think is the definition of attitude. And I hope that you dedicate yourself this week to all the positive thoughts that you can. I hope that you start to understand that now is where we need to be in the present and that you use your dreams to connect people from both of them back to you. This is Glenn versus attitude. Please remember, if you like this, I'd love you to hit our likes. If you think somebody could use this, please send it to them in a message. Please share this video Please, please come back and see me tomorrow at 3pm and no matter how you keep on dreaming, we know that if you keep on believing, the dream that you wish for will come too.
