A short YouTube clip of SBA Administrator Linda McMahon advising prospective entrepreneurs to be deeply committed and passionate about their business because building and growing a company requires 24/7 dedication, even while balancing family and community responsibilities.

I think one of the things that you need to be aware of when you're starting your business is that if you're an entrepreneur, be committed to what you're doing. Have a passion for the business you're trying to build, because it is 24,7. And in spite of rearing families and taking care of husbands or wives or being part of the community or whatever that is, and you're focusing on building and growing a company, be prepared for that 24, 7.
