Application Accepted for Processing

Application is accepted for processing. The 90 day review period when an application moves into the processing phase, the analyst has approximately 90 days to make a final determination on your application. In processing, the analyst will take a closer look at your application and the documentation you've provided to make a recommendation. There may be remaining questions during this phase, so so keep an eye on your application in Certify and or email so there are no delays in processing. If there are questions, the analyst may request more information about a specific section. For example, here you can see an analyst has remaining questions in the Eligibility section. The analyst has unlocked and returned only that section with a message about what needs to be changed. Make only the updates requested by the analyst and and resubmit the section so your application can continue being processed. The analyst may also have ad hoc questions that request supporting information not asked for in the original application. Here you can see there is an additional question section now added to your application. Access this to make the requested changes, then resubmit your application. If your application has more information requested and and you need assistance or have questions, reach out to the analyst via a message in Certify. If there are issues you're encountering, submit a ticket to the Certify Help Desk. Just like in screening, the only place you can upload documents is within the questionnaire sections. Firms cannot attach documents to messages or upload documents directly to the document library.
