Application Assigned for screening the 15 day review period Once you have submitted your application and it has been assigned to an analyst, the analyst has 15 days to screen your application. Within that time frame, the analyst reviews your application to determine whether or not more information is required from you and your contributors or if your application is sufficiently complete to begin processing in if your application needs more information and documentation, the analyst can either provide you with a 15 day letter indicating that more information is required or return your application entirely. If you receive a 15 day letter, your firm has 15 days from the day the letter was sent to you to make the necessary updates to your application. The letter will note which sections in the application require updates or additional documentation. The only place the firm can upload the requested documents is within the section of the online application that housed the relevant questions. Therefore, if the question is asking for additional documents in the eligibility section, click on that section of your application to upload the documents to the required question. Although all sections of the application will be unlocked, please only make edits to the sections mentioned in the 15 day letter. If you make additional changes that were not requested, you should communicate this to your analyst in a message. If your application is returned to you because it is substantially incomplete, your application will be unlocked and available for you to resubmit when you have collected the answers and documentation needed to support a brand new submission. For these types of complete returns, there is no time limit on the firm's response.
