Corresponding with the sba. After your application has been assigned to an SBA analyst, you may correspond with your analyst at any time. You will receive an email notification letting you know once your case has been assigned. To communicate with your analyst, log into Certify and view the Application Overview page of your 8 initial application. Select the Messages tab to send a new message to your analyst or or review previous messages both you and your analysts will receive in application and email notifications. When you send messages back and forth, SBA will correspond with you solely via messages within Certify and will not use email to communicate about your application. This is to protect your personal information by keeping it within SBA's secure certified platform.
