Hi, I'm Dee Spencer. I own DGilet Industrial Services in Eastern Pennsylvania. I am the 2024 Small Business Person of the Year for Pennsylvania. I would like to tell you about my business. We have 35,000 square feet of manufacturing facility in Easton. I've got 15 employees. None of this would have been possible without the support of the sba. I went through the Emerging Leaders program which gave me the tools to grow my business. I took advantage of the COVID Relief which help business during the struggles of COVID and I'm an 8A company. I would like to thank John Johnson who nominated me for this award and I would like to congratulate all of the other winners.
