Hi, my name is Mary Kathryn Oliver and I'm one of the winners at the spa event this week. I am from Tennessee representing the small Business Person of the Year. I own a company called Compass Pediatrics. We are a primary care pediatric office with my business partner, Scott Hightink. Most fun thing about being a small business owner is getting to make these decisions about helping grow my team, influence them in their leadership roles and how I get to pour into them along with our patients and families every day. So every day is a new adventure and I'm so thankful for it.
