A short YouTube interview clip (uploaded by Your Advisor) featuring Gina Hondel, owner and founder of Ascension Construction Solutions, offering concise advice for people starting a business. She emphasizes doing research: know your market, know your competition, and clearly define the service you plan to offer so you position your new business effectively.

My name is Gina Hondel, and I'm the owner and founder of Ascension Construction Solutions. The advice I would give to someone who's getting ready to start their own business is to make sure that they do their research, know what your market is, know who your competition is, and know what the service that you're going for so that you can make sure that you're placing yourself in the best light when you're starting off your business.
