This week, continuing with the topic of AI, we're going to talk about AI tools and software for legal financial management. The legal industry is witnessing a truly amazing technological renaissance with AI tools popping up in all different software, and it's emerging as a game changer with financial management. They're designed to meet distinct needs of law firms. So there's a lot of good ones out there that are designed just for the law firm in the legal industry, and these solutions are are really harnessing the advancement of AI technologies. It's able to do a lot of the work that attorneys were doing manually before. I mean, think about long time ago going to the legal library and reading the books and how we've been able to really capture that and be able to do that more electronically today. Well, some of these things are going to be even more quicker, more enhanced than what you've been used to. So there's AI-powered time tracking software out there. And sometimes when you think about time tracking software, you could think about like clicking to turn it on or where you put the meeting in and the meeting's an hour with a client and you tick and put it on and it's tracking it because you asked it to track it. Yes, that's out there. That's been in existence already. But can you imagine, like, maybe you grab an email at the end of the day and it's to a client and you've got the system set up that it sees that you wrote to a client at 11 o'clock at night, for example, that had nothing to do with your regular day and you just had to go capture that. But now you're capturing that time. Now, in the real world, which is great, don't get me wrong, because you might forget about that and not bill, bill for that. In the real world, though, I'd like to see the billable hour kind of dissipate and go away, and I think we might work towards that someday. Certainly the accountants have done that. But imagine having tools that go in and analyze all your emails and capture that missed time that might not have been billed. That's the power of AI, that late-night work that you're doing, which I know all the attorneys do. They work late at night. They're drafting maybe a contract or You know, and this way the software will capture it. Maybe you're not in the software and maybe you're not in Clio when this is happening, but you have software that will detect and see some of these oddball pieces that would be missed in the billable time. Some of the automated invoicing's gonna happen. So you're gonna get some more streamlined billing. Say goodbye to drafting. Remember the back in the day when you drafted it and you did it in Word and you drafted the bill and it was very time-consuming and tedious? Attorney bills are always really notoriously long. Imagine having a solution that's gonna capture the expenses. Some of that exists today. Capture the expenses, capture the details, and then analyze receipts that you've uploaded and figure out what goes to the client that you're billing and have that be sucked right into the system and instantly put it in the right category and add the right words so you're not having to type that in. That's what's coming. That's the future. That's the craziness of time savings that we're going to see. It might even notice that you have a visibility— you'll have more visibility of spending patterns. Uh, there'll be a lot of insights, maybe places that you can cost opportunities to maintain budget levels and budget discipline, make strategic and financial decisions that are gonna be backed by the data. Think of that. Think of how there are gonna be ways to capture this stuff and to really look through your financial documents and assist you in tweaking your goals going forward. That's what we're looking at. That's where AI is gonna really benefit us. It's gonna learn by your patterns. It's going to— Mm-hmm. Improve by what you do. And it's got a vast knowledge. It's going to pull from the vast knowledge. It's really going to be crazy to see what we're going to be able to do with these tools as they start to come out. And the more we use it, the more we try it, the more we play with it, the better we're going to see the results from it. So it's more than just a trend, AI. It's really a revolution of igniting the potential in all of the law firms everywhere. And it's really worth it to embrace the time tracking, the invoicing, the expense management that's powered by this AI. Legal professionals, you're going to release yourself from all that manual paperwork. When you think of an attorney's office, you think of like stacks of paper. There'll be no more paper. It's going to be an important opportunity to seize opportunities and to really redefine the excellence in the legal practice. And these tools are here. The path is clear. And now's the time to have the courage to start to implement these tools, use them in your practice, and harness the innovation that's there now existing today and be in the forefront front of what's to come in the future. Because we're gonna see this stuff happen very quickly. Technology's gonna turn on a dime and you wanna be ready for it. I hope this is helpful and we'll see you all next week. Bye now. Bye.
