This week we're going to talk about how Clio, the legal technology software, how if you add that to a client's file, you're gonna find that this software is going to improve not only their workflow, but our workflow. So let's dive in. I think if you understand that Clio is the number one legal tech software out there, you're going to understand that you really need to know it if you're doing this kind of work, working with attorneys and law firms. Clio software revolutionizes the way law firms and their operations work. It helps them to boost their efficiency and their productivity and helps them to collaborate between attorneys and track the files. It's got calendaring in it. It has a lot of features that are all inside of one product. So it is a practice management tool that also does billing and a lot of different things like that. So it uses cutting-edge technology. I think the biggest plus that I see with Clio is that it allows us as the bookkeeper or accountant on the file to use the software, utilize it for the billing piece of it, track the client payments that are coming in, track the trust accounting, which is really critical in the work that we do. It's that third piece of the three-way bank reconciliation, but it also allows us to see the backend of what's going on in the client file. So we have a lot of eyes on. We can see inside the file and see maybe the names, what the case or the matter is about. If they didn't put a practice area down, we have a way to really dive in and, and look into the details, which is really important. It has secure cloud storage, so the— it's great for the client. So they're able to communicate with their, with their client and be able to do that securely. And in today's world, that's uber important. Allows them to collaborate with one another. So collaborate with their team if they have multiple attorneys on a team. You'll see this a lot of time with personal injury attorneys. There may be multiple attorneys working together. It also helps with calendaring, knowing deadlines. There's templates, there's a lot inside of Clio and I highly recommend you dig in deep and learn a lot about the software because you are going to come across clients that use Clio and you will be asked by other attorneys, when they call you up to actually do the work with you, they'll say, "Do you know Clio?" And you wanna say yes to that question because you're going to get a lot of leads of clients that are using it or you're gonna be migrating them over. So Clio software helps the attorney in the law firm improve the productivity. So it allows them to work cohesively, follow the dates, follow the deadlines, use the templates that'll help speed things up. And it really has a lot of time-saving features. So it tracks the time, it'll track the client costs as well, all the things that they need to actually do the work for their clients. So it's very, very important. It streamlines their client management. So again, like I mentioned earlier, it helps them to be able to communicate with their client. They can securely send documents to each other, they can have intake forms on it. There's just a lot of pieces that are handled on Clio. A lot of it's all baked in. There's templates already made for you so you don't have to reinvent the wheel, which is really nice. Has the So that's helpful too for them to upload and share documents. I think like a family attorney, you can see that there's a lot of documents that need to be shared. That's a great way to share them, but they're sharing them securely. Allows the attorney to track their time and process their billing very, very smoothly. It allows us to see the payments if they're using ClioPay, that those payments are coming in and they can track all of that. It allows clients to, our clients to share their calendars with other attorneys and that way they can track their deadlines and keep up to date on any important events. Events that happen, schedule appointments, set reminders, all of those things. Those are important parts of making sure that the work is done properly. Clio has a messaging feature that allows them to text and message really quickly between the attorneys, which is nice. Kind of takes down some of the emails that you might have in a firm. It helps them, it has enhanced document management and organization, so it keeps the file nice and neat. Gone are the days that you're printing a lot of papers and filing them away. I think the biggest benefit of Clio software is the fact that it integrates with a lot of other softwares. So there's no such thing as a perfect software, but if you really need to nail down a specific practice area, Clio may be almost like QuickBooks is the accounting software for all types of industries, but then you can actually narrow it down to working with attorneys when you layer Clio on top. And then the same thing goes with Clio. If you need specific reports or specific practice area, there's other software out there where people have solved other pain points for your particular niche practice, whether it's personal injury or estate planning. There's other software that can be used there. There's some software there that's for reporting. So there's a lot there. In the article that's with this, you'll see some of the case studies that we have with a couple of clients that we have that can show you where Clio has definitely improved their workflow. So in conclusion, I really think that when you add the impact of Clio software and use it to its fullest. So this is the opportunity where we can step in and be that shining superstar for our clients. If you know a lot more about the software than the client, it allows you to step in and really help them streamline their work, help them say, "Hey, did you know there's templates inside of Clio?" They might not even know that. They might've just ordered the software and hopped into it, never really dove into what's in there. So I highly suggest you learn it really well. Mm-hmm. You can help your clients save time. You can really shine by showing that you know your stuff when working with attorneys and law firms. But on that note, I hope you all have a wonderful, wonderful week. Bye now. Bye.
