Mindset shifting rituals that can combine visualization. And if you're that visual kind of learner or visual kind of person, I know I am, it's gonna help you set some clear intentions and maybe some action steps to help you manifest real business breakthroughs. I've used this trick in my personal life. I've done this many times where you sit with the board and sometimes you're staring back at the blank slate and you're like, oh my goodness, I had all these ideas. Where did they go? And sometimes you just need to throw all the papers on top and start to really dig in. We're gonna do this for The Proper Trust. We have a goal of expanding in a different way and launching some offers maybe, and maybe hitting some revenue jumps that we've been looking into. Sarah jumps a little higher than me, oddly, but maybe it's just a fact of both of us wanna reclaim some of our time, some of our personal time. You're that business owner, especially if you're that solopreneur, you know that reclaiming time is difficult when you're wearing all the hats, right? you're an attorney doing that. You're wearing all the hats. You're the marketing team, you're the HR, you're everything. And sometimes it's hard to do. So make sure you stick around to the end of this video for my top manifestation tips. And this whole process will make things 10x more powerful for you. And don't forget to hit that like button if you're ready to level up your business this summer and subscribe for more entrepreneurial manifestation and growth hacks. Let's dive in. So summertime always seems to bring a natural energy and longer days. You get a kind of a renewal vibe. You feel more energized, you feel more awake, you feel more alive in the heat, the sun, the warmth, everything. And that tends to be the time that the creativity in your soul can start to peak. So if you pair that with this visualization science, you'll see images of your goals daily. So you're gonna place that vision board somewhere that you look at it every single day. And it will help you bring your creativity to a peak. And if you think about that, your brain's activating system can spot opportunities. Sometimes you just plaster everything on the board and your brain might see something that you didn't intentionally put there, but it ended up on the board. I know that sounds crazy, but it's true. You can start to see in the images your goals daily. Your brain will really start to put all the pieces together like pieces of a puzzle. Mm-hmm. And entrepreneurs who visualize consistently tend to report a higher motivation. So if you feel unmotivated, this might be the thing that will kick you in the derriere and help you get more motivated. It might help you make better decisions and it might help you meet your goal faster. And maybe your goal is just as simple as you wanna increase sales. And this might be the thing that helps bring you to that finish line and where you want to be, where you envision at the end of the year. Maybe it's just to bring on new clients, maybe to include a few passive income streams. So in 2026, especially with AI tools and digital shifts, we never had AI before when we did the visualizations and a vision board. Now we have AI, and that can help you get your goals to be crystal clear and your vision just thriving. It gets you outta the stuck places that we get. And a seasonal board will help you be more focused even during vacations and distractions. So step 1, you wanna set a clear emotional intention. Don't just list goals, I want you to feel them. I know that sounds woo-woo, but think about it. Grab a journal and ask yourself some questions. What do I want my business to look like on Labor Day? So a real short goal, right? But what do you want it to look like on Labor Day? Or what do I want it to look like at the end of 2026? Write it down. And specific examples like maybe I wanna hit 10,000 $10,000 per month in revenue. Something very specific. Maybe you wanna launch a course. Maybe you wanna grow your email list by 2,000. Hire my first VA. Something simple as that. Or maybe I just wanna travel while I'm working. I have a friend that does that. She's amazing. She goes all over the place and she continues to work. And then just pick 3 SMART goals. So maybe 3 to 5. Break the big ones into summer milestones. Then add the why. How will this feel? Write affirmations like, "I confidently attract high-ticket clients who value my expertise," or, "My business grows effortlessly while I enjoy summer freedom and family time." This emotional layer can make that manifestation magnetic. So it's actually a psychological trick that if you visualize— if you wanted to lose weight, you can visualize yourself getting thinner. And you visualize what you think you're gonna look like at the end of this. If you start to really put your brain around every day, 5 minutes visualizing that. So we had to visualize this in a business sense, right? I wanna visualize that the leads come in and I don't want 'em all to come in in one day. I want them to trickle in, but I wanna get to that point where maybe I'm at that place where I've got the sales goal in mind and I see it. Step 2, and you're gonna gather your supplies. So you're gonna gather your paper, your magazines, maybe pictures. You can do a vision board online, by the way. You don't even have to make a mess. You can do it online. I kind of like the mess. I like to rip the pictures up. I like to really put my mind to it. And it's hard for me because I'm very Type A. I want to cut everything neat and put it all nice and neat, but this is not what this is for. You want to get real sloppy and messy with your pictures, with your stuff. You can go online, find a bunch, print them out, and then put them down. Get some glue, get some scissors, get some markers, get some printed quotes, get a poster board, a corkboard, Or some kind of digital Canva. Canva has one, it's great for phone wallpaper. And then get the visuals, grab your magazines, grab your Google Images, right? Grab your stock photos, print your revenue charts, print pictures of your happy dream clients, laptops on the beach, sold out and you're launching graphics about how, sorry, we're sold out of our whatever retreat or wherever we're gonna do. Maybe some luxury travel shots showing you with the freedom to travel 'cause you have that ability to, that you've set your business up in a way that you're able to travel and take time off because the business isn't only you, it's actually other people helping you run the business and that you have that freedom to take time off. So a pro tip, you might want to mix your business wins with your personal balance to avoid those burnout vibes. So step 3 is the step-by-step creation process. Let's build it together. You wanna set the mood, play some good summer music. If you just go on Spotify or Google summer music, you're gonna find it. Maybe you light a candle and get nice and comfy in your pajamas and visualize. Close your eyes. Feel each goal as it's been achieved. So even though you haven't achieved it yet, I want you to visualize yourself achieving it. I know it's crazy, but this does work. Feel the excitement of the notifications coming in, another lead coming in through the pipeline. Feel that excitement. Feel pride in the bank alerts like you got extra money in here that you didn't have last month. Feel the freedom of not having to be stuck at your desk 9 to 5. And then start to collect. Flip through the images, grab anything that sparks joy in you. You don't have to make it exactly about your vision. You can just pick through the pictures and find things that really make you happy. Yes, this is mine. You're gonna pull that in. This is mine. This is the energy I want to bring into my life. Arrange 'em and group 'em by categories. Maybe revenue is in one corner and marketing icons are in the other, or maybe team growth or lifestyle freedom. Maybe just the travel stuff, put that there. Create a flow or a timeline. And then glue it in, personalize it, add handwritten affirmations, things that you think about as you're putting this together. Maybe you doodle something or maybe you put your photo in the center and have it all gravitate to your photo. And then activate it. Step back, read the affirmations out loud, feel the gratitude like it's already happening in your life. It's already there. And then some business-specific tips for entrepreneurs to focus on sales. You wanna start to track these things. So you do it for your clients, do it for yourself. Sales, upward graphs, money symbols, Sold out signs if that's what you're looking to do. Marketing, you wanna look at social media icons, 10,000 followers. That's something I've always had as a goal. I wanted a lot of followers, maybe some engagement words or growth. You're looking to hiring headlines. You had so much work, you don't know what to do and you have to hire more people. Team photos, expansion maps. It can be any of those things. It's something you might want to think about and you want to make this a living tool. Don't let it collect dust. You wanna look at it every day. Place it where you see it daily. Maybe you're sitting at your desk, you look at it. It's on the office wall. It's a digital background on your computer if you're doing it electronically. Make it a morning ritual, just for 2 minutes a day, stare at it, look at it, feel it. And maybe every month you just kind of tweak it a little bit. If you have some wins, add them. Track your KPIs, track your revenue leads, track your client wins, measure manifestation in action. So you could do this as a collective group. We might do it at the Law Lab. It's fun. But think about doing something like that. So some common mistakes if you've never done this before, avoid too vague images. Sometimes you pull up an image and you're like, this is not, you don't feel it. If you don't feel it, don't put it there. If there's no emotion to it, don't use it. And don't forget to act, right? All these things I just mentioned, you have to do this stuff. It might seem stupid, but it works. Feel gratitude daily. I do a gratitude meditation every single day. I take a moment of gratitude for, Friends, family, strangers, people I meet at the gym that I never met before. Feel gratitude that they're in your life, that they share the space with you. Pair it with an inspired action. So maybe visualizing a launch or your email list, pair it with something that, you know, you're gonna launch this thing or your list is gonna grow and you're gonna pull it up in front of everybody and show the team. Think about it in that way and refresh this seasonally. So when it becomes summer heading into fall, do a little bit of a transition on your vision board. And it really helps. So there you have it.
