How Does Google Screened Benefit Your Business? | WARNING: ONLY FOR CLOSERS!

A real estate agent explains how Google Screened helps small brokers compete in search results against big tech companies. The platform prioritizes local agents over pay-per-click ads and generates qualified leads, but you need to act fast to get in before your market fills up.
All right, thank you for signing up for a meeting with me to discuss getting Google Screen. I'm really excited about this new product. It hasn't been around for very long. And speaking with Google, which I do, I speak with Google every day about getting Google Screen. And what they tell me is that there's a limited window for you to participate in getting Google Screen. Once it's at capacity in your geography, there's going to be a waiting list to get in. So it's imperative that you take advantage of this opportunity while you still can. Well, you'll learn more about getting Google Screen when we jump on our call, but just quickly wanted to show you a couple things and then remind you that there will be an email coming to you with some of the requirements that you need to be Google Screen. So first, just a quick synopsis of the first page of Google. So as you can see on my screen, I did a Google search or a real estate agent in New York, New York. The cool thing about Google is when someone types that they're not just cruising, they're looking for a real estate agent, as opposed to a Facebook ad, where you're on Facebook for something else and you happen to see an ad. This is specific. People are looking for a real estate agent. And wouldn't it be nice if this was your face at the very top of the first page of Google? That's really where I focus my entire business is how can we take advantage of the first page of Google because it's quickly getting taken over by big corporations and big tech. It's truly a David versus Goliath situation. And so my purpose is to help you compete with the big tech companies. So as you see here on this Google search, Google Screens shows up at the very top of the page. These leads that they're going to get from being here again are going to be very specific, but they're also going to be very hot. And you're not going to pay for a bunch of spam. Google doesn't charge you for any spam calls you get. There's no charge for any fake clicks. You only pay for actual leads. And the price per lead is a fraction of what Zillow would be. The next part of the first page of Google is the local map pack. I also work with my clients to rank here as well. This is based off your Google My business page, and it has to be optimized for it to rank here. There's a lot of work that goes into achieving these top three results, but this also is A David versus Goliath situation. Zillow can't rank here. Zillow can't rank in Google Screen. This is for us, the small business owner that needs to drive business through Google. So this is why I love these two pieces, these two products by Google. Now below that it starts to get murky. This is where agencies who spent five digits in a year or five digits over time to do the right search engine optimization to get their website ranked. This takes a long time to get here. And, and this is actually surprising. There's a lot of local agents that have got or agencies that achieved the first page rank which is very difficult because you've got competition from realtor.com they spend six digits every year for that position. Zillow.com they spend six digits a year for this, this location and they use all of your data to get there. So Big Tech owns a huge chunk of the first page. And then you may be familiar with pay per click ads. Never been a fan of pay per click ads because of all the spam you have to deal with, all the fake clicks. I've never been a fan. But even today, even if you loved pay per click ads, it's hard to get the traffic that you want because big tech is spending a lot of money on ads. So to get your ad seen you've got to spend more money than neighborhoods dot com. That's going to be tough. So for me there's no better answer than getting Google screened. So I look forward to talking to you about it more. Please check your email. There will be some a questionnaire with some of the requirements to getting Google screened. And if you have that prepared, it'll be a really productive call and we'll have you up and running in a matter of days. Have a great one. Look forward to seeing you.
